this place is awesome, i love their char siu fried rice, so so ono. tonight i tried something new, and didnt like it. not only did they try to remake it, but they offered me a full refund in the nicest way. the aloha this restaurant has is TREMENDOUS !!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend you eat here :) thank you guys again for the beautiful customer service

We ordered take out. Not at all what we were expecting. The orange chicken was extreay tough and had a very odd flavor like it was old meat, the king pao chicken had very fatty chewy chicken. The sauce was quite the mystery… Didn’t taste anything like king pao. In fact there was zero flavor only a salty tang to it. The egg drop soup was fair. The ham hash in it had a very old meat taste to it. Fried rice was flavorless. We spent over $100 on food here and were very disappointed by all of it. Too bad because we we really looking forward to dinner. We threw away 90% of it. If we were not starving it all would have gone in the trash.

Ordered the lunch plate, beef chow fun, egg foo young, and lemon chicken.Everything on the lunch plate tasted so plain and old, beef chow fun was greasy and tasteless. Egg foo young was just a pan fried egg, no gravy, no rice for $15The only edible thing was the lemon chickenAfter eating some of the food my stomach starting to hurt… will not order from here again.

Did not eat here- was in the strip mall and walked by staff setting up. They left a 5 gallon bucket of chicken thighs uncovered and not refrigerated in the parking lot with flies all over it! Do not eat the chicken it is fly infested!

First of all, my family and I really like Ewa Pointe Chinese Restaurant. The staff is always polite and the food is good. A couple of days ago I ordered a Medium Pan of Gon Lo Mein for a work lunch. I'll never order that again. The noodles were tastey, but there were almost no meat or vegetables. VERY disappointed in my order! $55 for a pan of just noodles? Never again! We'll have to take a break from going here.

Gotta Say this would be the Best chinese Resteraunt on the west side of the island! Quality of the food! Excellent! Service average, depending if? Busy, mostly fast and Friendly ! We ALWAYS have family events here! We’ve been coming here since!! They opened, it’s Pretty pricey NOW!! But all worth it! We will be back soon! Mahalo!!

This place is the most authentic in our humble opinion, within 20mi, it could be a favored amonst all if they could attemps to address serving food with accuracy. One day noodle is amazing next its just adequate. We still support this store, as they are nice and welcoming to ALL. Heads up they do get quite busy, thus the problem having accurate food each day, since food is so good they get very swamped as they are only human this is the consequence unfortunately.
