Horrible. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small fries. No customers in the restaurant and I still had to wait more than 20 minutes. When I asked for my money back they insisted it'd be done in 5 minutes. Finally got home with food and both burgers were CREMATED! Tasted like charcoal! Drove all the way back for a refund and they told me I had to WAIT AGAIN because the manager was out making a DELIVERY!!! There were 3 girls already behind the counter, 3 cooks and no manager! This place is a joke! Save your time and money, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

Went to EwaBeach horrible Got the Teri Beef sandwich it was so tuff returned it but it was still tuff Another thing who wants to try to eat the bottom bun when ur is so soaked in Terri sauce you can't even pick it up. Shame on them. If you want the business then think about how you serve your products

Did a phone order and ordered their shrimp fried rice and crab ragoons. They said it'll be 10 minutes so that was enough time for us to head out the house and pick up. I remember always getting their fried rice in high school. Once we arrived, our plates were hot and ready. Fried rice was good. There weren't that many shrimp unfortunately but rice was still very good. Crab ragoons were okay. I felt the inside could've been cooked a little more. Lots of plate options to choose from so we'll for sure be back.

Waste money, loco Moco did not taste good at all. Gravy sauce was too thick. & the patty was so salty & tasted like it was left over meat from the previous night. Definitely won't be ordering this again.
Best L&L on the island! The loco moco here is better than any other plate place on the island. The BBQ chicken bowl is a great second choice too. Everyone who works here is very friendly. Years ordering here and order has never brought Oio o o o

Been going there since I was working at Hoakalei Country Club. Old man Johnny took me there once. Now I'm at Ewa Beach Golf, I get my breakfast combo or the juicy cheese Hamburger

My go to L and L for some reason, lol I notice that the prices are a bit lower and portions larger here than any other L and Ls I've been too. If you're critical with customer service then stay away! Cleanliness is a bit sketch here, but I don't care.

We met a couple on Ewa Beach and they recommended this place for Plate lunch. Being new to area and in to trying different types of foods we gave this place a try. We ordered a regular Loco Moco and Mini Kalua Pork and Cabbage to take home for dinner later. The Loco Moco was more than enough for us to split and end up with left overs. The ground beef burger was tasty and the gravy was very nice seeped into the rice. The medium cooked eggs made a very nice addition. We enjoyed our first Loco Moco! It was delish! For dinner we ate the Kalua Pork wi cabbage an it was yummmy! Even the mini size was more than enough with rice and macaroni salad. Lunch and dinner was under $30.
