This may be the best Thai we've ever had. We got the Ono Appetizer Combo (fish patties, spring rolls, chicken satay), Tom Kha soup, and Pad Ki Maow (drunken noodles). The satay, even before the delicious peanut sauce, was the best I've ever had. Very well-seasoned, and a nice bit of crispiness at the edges without being overcooked. The sauces and additional vegetables (lettuce leaves, cucumber, Thai basil, shredded cabbage) in the appetizer combo added delightful mixtures of texture and flavor. The Tom Kha soup (we got it with tofu) was full of veggies. Green beans, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini. It was a hearty and typically tasty soup. The drunken noodles (we also got them with tofu) were great. They were a bit spicy (as we were warned beforehand) for a typical American palate, but very tasty. The veggies, tofu, eggs, and noodles were all cooked quickly at high heat, which meant there was lots of yummy textures and colors in the dish. Broccoli, green beans, Thai basil, and carrots were perfectly cooked - brightly colorful and yielding, but still snappy. The tofu and noodles were crispy at some of the edges and softer in the center, which led to each mouthful remaining interesting in flavor as well as texture.I found myself saying "mmm" a lot during this meal. I'm so glad we stopped by.Vegetarian options: Tofu is a consistently available option for protein in the meal choices. I can't speak to whether food is prepared with vegetarian or vegan considerations in mind.

This place had delicious food! We’ve eaten at 20 different Thai restaurants and this one beats them all. Portions were very generous and the service was excellent! We will come back for sure.

I love stopping by here every time I’m in Ewa. The food here is so good and they’re always so quick when I order. The restaurant is small, but it’s nice. Highly recommend!

2023 - fantastic food but service was lacking in personality and timing. Preordered take out ran nearly 15 minutes behind schedule.

I have found my new favorite Thai place on Oahu!!! Ono Thai is definitely a hidden gem. The food was hot and delicious. The customer service was friendly and professional. We got the job Pad Woon Sen, Ono Basil Chicken (Amazing!!), & Thai Fried Rice. We shared each dish and everything was hot, fresh and delicious!! They have definitely gained three new customers!!

The summer rolls, Pad Thai, and fried rice are delicious. The pho has a nice flavor, but the beef was very tough. Next time we will select chicken as the meat for the pho. Overall very good!

Good food, bad service. Called in an order and the man who took the order insisted that we did not order. Eaten there many times before and this will unfortunately be the last. Extremely rude and made it veryclear that our business was not important to them. November 5 6:30p 2023

First things first, if you plan to order take out, call ahead and place your orders early or expect to wait. Don't wait till you're starving to call. I've only been to Ono Thai once so this is just based on what I saw while dining in that one time. But the door just kept opening and closing the whole time we were there. We heard the server telling people on the phone wait times were up to an hour and this is at around 5:45-7pm on a Sunday night. However do give Ono Thai a try if you're in the area! It is so good! We got the pad ki maow, Thai fried chicken, and garlic stir fry. Portion sizes were pretty generous and the food was so good! Definitely one of the best Thai food (and well priced too) on the island. I have to bring a group with me next time though so I can try more of the menu! The pad ki maow was sautéed nicely, with good flavor without being too salty. Spice level was perfect as well. The fried chicken was amazing! It comes with a sweet chili sauce for dipping and it was SO crispy and crunchy! Definitely a winner! I do wish it was seasoned a little more but not bad as you do have the chili sauce. The garlic stir fry was surprisingly good. It's the garlic sauce. We also got a Thai iced coffee to go and let me say that is definitely the best Thai iced coffee I've had on island.

Male staff was little rude when asking about the completeness of a large take out order. Seemed to be unappreciated of my order. Guess I'll go elsewhere next time. Food was good but needs some customer service skills. Order placed a couple days ago wasn't ready at the time I requested. 20 minutes late!

I like the food here because it's consistent. One of my go tos is the fried chicken. Seasoned well and crispy--yum! And so many stir fry dishes, i've tried most and it's all good. the Jungle Curry never disappoints, as well as panang. Service is straight to the point and cordial. if you need something you may half to flag then down because it's usually the same guy that is handling the register. Ambiance is ok. Clean, nice big screen tvs to look at more food! lol! and i always think the statue in front is a real person, lol! Overall it's the best Thai place in Ewa to me.

Just make sure to order the fried chicken.
