Sad excuse for a Ramen shop! We ordered two Ramen bowls, both equally terrible. Noodles seemed like they were right out of a package and put into our bowls. Broth was like brown dirty water. No garnish. Waste of time and money! This is NOT Ramen. Never again.

Good Ramen and Curry options. Their combination options are fairly priced. A favorite of ours is combo A: small Ramen with 4 gyoza on the side and either the katsu or beef curry. A comfortable atmosphere with friendly service and lots of free parking.

Soooo much better than the chain demeanor would suggest. This place has become a go to for our family when we're just not in the mood to cook but want good food, great potions and a fair price. Because I'm a ramen lover I always get the regular sized Tantan. In all the regular size bowls you get all of the plus ups. You get the shoyu soaked bamboo shoots, shoyu egg (a full egg, just cut in half) and sea weed slices dressing the rest of your order. And if you want to be smart and travel with your family (like I do), my wife and son get the combo sets! Each set comes with a smaller serving of your ramen choice (I've been able to ask for my ramen to be the tantan in the smaller size), 4 pieces of gyoza and another side dish of your choice from their side menu. My wife gets the small fried rice because I always need at least one scoop of fried rice to pair with my broth for a nostalgic scoop (I'd always do that as a kid). My son normally gets a side of Katsu curry (pretty generous portions but we've come to find that the dish is better when you ask for it separately and it also leaves more for left overs)! I'd normally be able to pilfer a slice or two of Katsu but because he's a growing boy, he normally eats it all before I can reach over so now I'm reduced to just eating the panko crumbs off the top of the rice with some curry. Still not bad. The restaurant itself is very well lit and has a nice Asian ramen house feel to it. Lots of wood features really helps the trappings feel more authentic. And though it is a ramen spot (here in Ewa, at least) the workers are Chinese and sometimes Filipino but they're really nice and know the menu well. They've also recently began a little stand of Knick knacks to sell on the side that's pretty cool. But at the end of the meal, they'll often go and grab something from there and give to the kids gratis! So again, if you want something hot, good and worth your money, I'd be hard pressed to find you a deal that's better. And for as far as my knowledge base can speak to, they all taste relatively the same so don't be afraid. Oh... also.. pro tip: to plus up the gyoza put a full scoop of the chili sauce and mix it with the gyoza sauce. Ono. Or oishi. Or... you know what I mean.

I'm a huge ramen eater and seriously with this place you can't go wrong. Talk about getting a bang for your buck. $12 and I can get enough to stuff me and still walk away with a decent amount of leftovers. I always get the combos so I can get a little bit of everything. Service is ehhh they are just trying to get people in, fed and out. It's a pretty big spot and it looks like they can accommodate pretty large parties by pulling tables together. Definitely my go to spot when I'm on a budget and I still want to be satisfied. For the first time ever I forgot to take pics lol

Had a craving for some ramen-unfortunately this bowl did not hit the spot. It was a hearty serving but the flavor was a little off. I'm willing to try out another flavored dish next timearound.

I love that they have an online ordering option , makes life so eazy when your on the go . Most of the time I'll do an online order before I leave work an it be ready as soon as I get there . I always get the Kim chee fried rice an my guest usually get the chicken vegetables an noodles .. they are always so nice even if sometimes there's a communication barrier . No problem there...foods great , people are great , dining area is clean an There's sit down service to if you rather Eat inside .

I ordered from Ramen-Ya on Doordash and they came through! It arrived pretty fast and the mini combo I ordered consisted of Mochiko Chicken, white rice, mac salad, Gyoza, & mini Shoyu ramen with noodles. I like how they separated the noodles from the soup and put it on the side. Everything was at the right temperature too and the portion sizing was big for a decent price. I would for sure come again. Yummm I will say the chicken was kinda hard to chew from what I remember, but I can't complain the ramen was perfect and I loved the broth. Affordable & delicious. I've never eaten inside so I'm basing this off delivery service.Gyoza - 7/10Ramen - 10/10Mochiko Chicken - 8/10

Solid 3 stars. Affordable but taste is not consistent. Took a break from coming here because dishes were HEAVILY salted but after a night of drinking and a massive hangover I was in desperate need. Ajitama was flavored well but way over boiled. The yolk was practically dust. Ramen left me longing for more seasoning. A stark contrast from my last time here.

Ramen Ya is mine and my husband's go to spot for lunch,it's reasonably priced. In fact I haven't noticed much of a price jump unlike everywhere else. The food is always amazing. I've been to this particular location twice, and it's no exception. The food is top notch, the service is fast and the restaurant is nice and clean. Today I tried the seafood crispy noodles and ,wow! It's delicious and the portion is HUGE,I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely come here if you haven't, its worth it.

Instead of eating at Wai Kai I decided to head over to this Ramen Ya location in Ewa. I ordered the Tantan Ramen. It tasted "okay" and it could have been more spicy. When I dined in, it was pretty slow. So the staff gave out complimentary Gyoza. These tasted awesome especially piping hot! Next time I will try a different dish but I will make sure I order some Gyoza.

Food was disgusting. We ordered 4 set a combos and 1 large ramen. All were very very salty and ramen noodles tasted chewy. Fried rice was bland. Chicken katsu curry chicken was good curry was good and rice was as old as Ewa Elementary. Gyoza was good, flavorful and crispy. Service was good.Price was affordable.Ambiance was just fine.

Small little spot but great food! One of the best Ramen I've had! The curry rice is delicious and of course ya'll know spam cooked any way is always ono! Mom ordered the pan fried noodle with chicken and veggies! The flavor of our dishes was on point! Must try!The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is the service. Service was ok, all business and no warmth or smiles. They were really busy though so maybe it was that. But all in all go check it out!
