This is my favorite place to get coffee or ice blended, but lately the flavor has been inconsistent. Maybe it was because of the different workers every time I go in, or maybe the high turnover rate. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone, had it warmed up, but it was still cold while eating it. They had no problem reheating. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. I will still come to the same Ewa Beach location, but hopefully they address the problems.

I asked them about the matcha latte a few times but it’s not that great as they used to make it with their samples. I wish they just remembered how they made it because it does matter to us customers that if we like a sample we want to buy it.

Been going to this Coffee Bean for about 3 years. Always a happy coffee shop, staff is amazing, Kainoa is so great with the staff, I have watched him train new staff so very patiently, kind and always helping all the staff. Coffee Bean you are very lucky to have a Kainoa. I have been to other Coffee Beans but this one is by far the best and it’s all because of Kainoa and his teamwork.

Lack of customer service. Two young men working this afternoon need to work on their communication skills. At least acknowledge customers who enter the establishment. Bought a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew; was a bit sweet.

Very disappointed today with my coffee! Poor customer service! My coffee was not hot so I went back and told the server. He just dumped some of the coffee and add hot water. My coffee americano taste awful! It just ruined my Friday morning! I go to this place everyday and this is the first time I see this server! The place is nice with relaxing music!

Thank you! Shopping with besties' mom as she's leaving she requested to stop at Long's to shop for some last minute items she now feels is needed lol! In the middle of Ewa I felt the urgent need for a bathroom and no one has including Foodland as they had no idea as well, walked into Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I asked for a bathroom which the staff with such a sweet calm demeanor points to a cup with a key...nothing attached to it just a simple key and I was granted to use their bathroom...hallelujah! I already ate and had something to drink...was thinking of purchasing breakfast for tomorrow but nothing intrigued me whatsoever...sigh! Well I truly appreciated the kindness of my urgency regardless and left without purchasing anything but left a generous tip for the staff. Super nice and clean place and will definitely be back to thank the kindness and probably another restroom break. Thank you!

Comparing with other store this is more friendlier service with smile. Cinnamon muffin excellent serve warm. Apologizing with the wait is a big plus though only a minute or two acknowledging the customer is important to me personally. Outstanding!!! Lounge space well not so crowded. Great!

They were out of my favorite margarita bruschetta :(. But I'm happy I decided to try the Smoked Turkey Pesto sandwich instead!Ewa is my favorite location to get some work done. Not too busy and decently friendly staff.

7/4/23 @ 7:20p I walked into this location and asked are you still open? Kris, the supervisor on duty currently replies, yes, and walks away. She appears to be cleaning up and getting ready to end the day. I proceed to order my beverage, and then head to the end of the line to get the bathroom key. When I asked Kris for the key, she responds." Our bathroom closed" with her back, turned to me, and then says L& L has a bathroom. It was at this point. I asked if she was a manager, she responded. " no I'm the supervisor." I was dumbfounded at her behavior and inability to pause, and turn around and make eye contact - was this for training, or just her demeanor? Either way it was unacceptable at this time., I proceeded to tell her how I felt that I was a bother to her and she was quite dismissive from the moment I walked into this location, and I found it very sad as I enjoy shopping at this location. I proceeded to tell her it appeared as I was a bother and she just wanted me out of the store so she could clean up and go home. She asked what did she say That made me feel that way. And I proceeded to repeat myself and regards to her dismissive and disgusting display of behavior and nonverbal actions As a paying customer I felt so disregarded. As I walked out of the store. Kris says" have a good night" with a half smirk on her face , in which I replied, you did a good job ruining it, thank you, Kris. And to make matters more interesting. It appears that the employee that helped to make my drink was still in training, and observed this whole ordeal. Kris also appeared Irritated as he asked her where to find the honey for the green tea that I ordered. I plan to follow up with the store manager, and even the district manager to insure that no customer has indoor this type of dismissive and disrespectful behavior.

I was picking up a few items that I needed and decided to stop here for a sweet treat. I had let the cashier know that I had some food allergies as is my habit everywhere I go. The person who made my drink made a point of washing the blender that he was going to male my drink with. I appreciated that very much. The place was clean and I didn't have to wait long for my drink. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. My Matcha Frap was delicious and really hit the spot. I highly recommend stopping by.

Arrive here at 5:20 am and store is closed. Lights out- everything closed. I yelped it and store hours said open @ 4:00 am. I looked at door sign and it says opens at 5:00 am daily! What's going on? Wow! Just wow!!! I obviously preferred this place but can't put any more rated stars on here as you take your time to bypass Starbucks to give coffee bean and tea leaf the business but they can't even be depended on to open on time. Guess I'm headed back to Starbucks - ‍ sad

If you order a MEDIUM side drink with "KAINOA" he will not understand. He will lay out all sizes on the counter for you to chose. Small, (REGULAR), Large and Extra Large. The (REGULAR) is the size equivalent to MEDIUM but he "KAINOA" is adamant that you say the word REGULAR instead of MEDIUM. Every barista in there understand what MEDIUM is as I have ordered from many others barista before. He, "KAINOA" is the only barista that does not understand the size MEDIUM and the equivalency to their size REGULAR. Be aware. Top of that I went back in again for the special or the promotion for the $.60 Tea and found out that they do not participate so it was a waste of my time, After bringing my whole family and him, you would think a big company like this would be simplified, cut and dry all the same across-the-board, but they do not this particular restaurant has their own politics and does not participate in promotions that we get through our email.
