Be prepared to wait. Yes, we were there during the Pipe Pro…..We ordered and waited patiently while 10-12 locals came in behind us and were served before us. 30 minutes for an incredibly average açaí bowl…… yeah, no thanks.

the food is amazing but do the workers just absolutely hate their lives?!!?? I have visited 4 times this week and each time the workers ignored my presence until they HAD to take my order. Today was the worst where the girl just walked up to me and stared at me until I gave her my order. I hate that I have to keep giving this place my business because the food really is amazing. Seriously consider hiring people who are friendly or will at least say “What can I get for you” ?
So good and addicting. Quickly discovered that you can order online and bypass any crowd. I have been getting a Maui Sunrise Bowl with added Almond Butter... perfection.

Don't let its location deceive you, this place is a diamond. Located next to the Texaco Gas station off Kam Highway in Sunset beach, this place is fantastic. Small. Local. Tastes good. I love peanut butter so I always get their Da Kine Bowl. Refreshing after a day at the beach, after shopping or just a sweet treat. It's a vegans paradise. Not sweet, not boring, the granola cuts through the soft açaí and the bananas and honey just add to the flavor. They have a variety of acai bowl options as well as dragon fruit. This little hole in the wall is worth a stop. Young local kids are at the register. They are polite and take the time to answer a questions you may have. I have frequented this place during my extended stay here and have never been disappointed.

Food is average but the service is horrible! The employees close the place down and refuse to serve you 30 minutes before they close.

4.5/5 stars. My açaí captain smoothie was delicious, probably because it was just another way to consume cold sugar.
Stopped by here while going around the island and had a refreshing bowl! The fruits tasted fresh and sweet. There wasn't a line on a Thursday afternoon. It's across a beach, so if you want to eat your bowl with a view this is the place. If you want to stay inside, there's some seating available.

Least favorite bowl I have had on the island. The store smelled strongly of cleaning products. So strong it was nauseating. The two workers ignored me for minutes before they acknowledged me and got my order. The two were bad mouthing a fellow employee the entire time I was in the store. The girl even said it was her cousin she was ragging on. Not impressed by the store, workers, or açaí bowl. Go to Kahuku Farms.

Went there tonight with my family. We pulled in 15 mins before close (we felt bad but the traffic held us up) and the employees were so friendly about it!! The bowls were amazing as well. So worth it to pay $2 more to get the large. They were so yummy and huge!
