Great place to stop and grab a bite to eat and a coffee. They open early so we were able to get our yummy breakfast burrito and drinks in the morning as we went to a sunrise hike! Friendly service as well.

The best burrito I’ve ever had. Got it with the works and a couple of hot sauces to dip in. Pork plate was also awesome. The young lady at the front counter was super helpful in helping us decide our order. Pretty sure I’ll be dreaming about this meal for the rest of my life.

Props to the two young girls working this morning. They were keeping everyone happy with a smile on their face. Food was so yummy. Iced coffee great as was the juice selection. Sad it’s our last day here but we’ll be back next time on the Island.

Just get a Bomber…it is truly that on many levels.
Once I again we would like to thank and commend Gianna and her team at Kono's in Haleiwa. We spent 9 weeks on the North Shore this winter and one of the real culinary highlights for us was a late breakfast at Kono's. The highlight was the Kailua pork bombers! The portions were huge and the prices were very reasonable.

Food was ok. It's sort of a hole in the wall popular with locals. Staff was friendly. I had a guava drink with sliders. Came with a bag of chips. Not the best sliders I've ever had. Hubby got the bbq pork dish and liked it.

The best barbecue we had on the island, with rich, smoky pulled pork that they slow-cook for at least 12 hours. Not a lot of seating, and it's a bit of a dive, but several options were worth the wait (bombers = burritos, sliders, etc.).Parking: Shared lot on the backside of the restaurant.
