I had a wonderful experience with Malai Thai. I had the garlic pepper shrimp. Very generous portions for the pricing. We also got an order of the basil fried rice with chicken which also was fantastic. Got multiple meals for the two of us from these two orders. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had since being in Thailand. Very fresh tasting and they cook it all fresh. They give you a little buzzer so if your group is at a different truck you can sit and wait for your food there. Definitely check them out after a long day on the beach!

Lived in north shore my whole life (born & raised) & this is my first time trying out this place What a shame for me to not give this place a try! So so so so ONO!!! My other half and I ordered the yellow curry w/chicken, spicy garlic shrimp (daily special), mango w/sticky rice, & Thai tea. Everything was so ono. BUT, unfortunately the wait is super long! About 1 hr max of waiting depending on how big the orders are prior. I believe this is bc all orders are made to order so you'll for sure get your food HOT and FRESH! Definitely worth the wait though! And portions are HUGE! Also worth the price you pay for! I love love love this place, I would come back again!

Authentic and delicious thai food in a cute green food truck with a parking lot right beside. We went back twice in our 2 days in the area because it was so good. We got the pad see ew, drunken noodles, and pad thai. All were incredible. The extra thick rice noodles were awesome. The portions were very good for the price. Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Many vegan noodle dishes with tofu.

Delicious pad Thai, admittedly it would have been nice to have been asked to choose spice level as I did find it too mild. Wife had the green curry and thought it was delicious. Good portion and food came out pretty quick, super fresh. Very reasonably priced as well.

Really excellent Thai truck tucked in the back of a food truck lot in the heart of Haleiwa. Lots to choose from and plenty of outdoor seating and parking. We've tried quite a few of their dishes now and haven't been disappointed. The portions are fair and the prices are reasonable (remember where you are haha). They've replaced our usual go-to Thai food takeout place when on the North Shore.

My husband and I ate here 3 times in a week because the food is FANTASTIC!!!! It always comes out piping hot and so so fresh! The best pad Thai I've ever had!!!! Wish I could take it back to the mainland with me! Come eat here!!!!

Prepare to wait around 30 minutes for your food because they make it fresh--highly recommend!Parking: Normally there is an attendant that will direct you to an open spot during the day, but at night you can park almost anywhere within the gravel parking lot.
