You can't not, when you're on the North Shore. They have menus in line so you can prepare yourself. Once you order, your shave ice comes out fast. We ordered all the things on our shave ice, as you should. Not saying you'll like all the things, but you have to try it as it was meant to be. We got the "small" and shared it with 2 people and couldn't finish.
The hype is real folks. You must make the effort to come here. Even better is they have a great system that will get you through the line quickly. Needless to day the shave ice was amazing and definitely something you should experience when you come to the north shore.

We drove north in a rental car and ate shave ice. It was crowded, but the rotation was good so it didn't take long. It would have been better to get the large size and add red beans, mochi, green tea, and condensed milk.
