North Shore Macadamia Nut Company is one of the many recommended tourist spots in Ohau, and is usually incorporated into many of the "Island Circle Tours" offered on the island. It's a cute, rustic, open-air shop with the most variety of macadamia nut flavors that I've come across on the island, and offers samples of every flavour to try! In addition to macadamia nuts, they also sell coffee, and gift items such as small jewelry, art, body care, and pantry goods. The Caramel flavour was my favourite, and I regret not buying more while I was here since I didn't see this flavour offered anywhere else. The staff here were friendly, and let you browse and try the different flavours at your leisure. There's also a free parking lot out front. Super cute shop! Very green and many chickens haha! Lot of options to taste test the macadamia nuts (roughly 8-15 flavors). I love how one of the employees said "you know what you are buying". I bought a bag of regular non flavored macadamia nuts and they were so good! The place has a very outdoor feel. We came there when it was raining. The costumer service is very nice. I would only come back here to get some macadamia nuts. The place is cute, and you should definitely come here for macadamia nuts (if you like them)! It's also cute to just have a mini walk around they had a little stand where you can get smoothies or açaí bowls and other stuff. My husband got a smoothie and said he liked it!

Support local and visit the North Shore Macadamia Nut store. They have a huge parking lot so it's easy to access. The store has plenty of macadamia nuts for you to take back to your mainland friends or even if you're local, to snack on! I like the garlic and honey roasted flavors the best. They have samples for you to try out. They also sell incredible Kona coffee and also have samples to try! The store is small, but there are plenty of local goodies to choose from.

Right in the beginning of the north shore or at the very end depending on which route you take. The ladies handling out samples of nuts and coffee are nice and pleasant. The fam and I walked over and got an acai bowl and it was cool and tasty.
