Captain Sams (Yes he really is Boat Captain and Fisherman) food truck with its distinctive Black and Sliver color combination Serves some really great food. I had the Spicy Ahi Poke Wanton Nachos they must try. My partner had the Pork Lau Lau she said it was very tender and tasty. Today Ms Katie Ann was take orders and making menu suggestions. They were out of fresh fish by the time we got there (5 pm) so we had the panko shrimp with rice and macaroni salad. It was delicious and there was a ton of rice and about a dozen shrimp in each.
