It's Starbucks. Quick, yummy coffee for busy worker bees. Definitely paid too much for 2 lattes, but I get it; SBUX and it's shareholders want to get their stock past 100 again.This one has a nicer, less hectic atmosphere than most.

Mark (the manager) is very rude and doesn’t listen. He always gets my order wrong and it’s a constant battle trying to get it correct. After repeating myself, he either repeats it wrong or creates a wrong ticket. Not sure what’s wrong with him but he should not be at the register if he can’t follow customers customized instructions.

The morning staff is horrible. I make my order online way ahead of time and they’re still 10 minutes late when I arrive to pick it up. My food is done and getting cold but my drink order takes forever. The two female baristas that work the morning shift are very slow and rude. They sing, laugh, and have a good time while everyone is watching them while waiting. People make online orders because they want to make it into work on time. The manager is a great guy however, doesn’t manage them, instead he’s moping the floor or wiping down the machines while they’re making drinks. The morning crew needs to be quicker because people are trying to make it into work.

I recently visited Starbucks and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Shakila's outstanding service. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced my visit, making it truly enjoyable. The Chai latte was excellent, and Shakila's dedication to customer satisfaction stood out. I highly recommend Starbucks, especially with staff like Shakila who goes above and beyond to create a positive experience.

Coffee and service is always great. It does get busy so there will be a wait time of course. They do push out product quick. Nice seating area in the food court as well.

It’s a shame that the employees are so nice but when you tap to pay the machine doesnt let you tip. Not fair to the employees. Do better, starbucks.

System is always down no signs up. Numerous times they won't take the app so no stars or credit. Employees are SLOW. They give Starbucks Custer service a bad name.

Well sadly they don't do the special rewards on the Starbucks app. Went today for double stars. Gahhhh that sucks. They also don't allow redemption of stars. Shucks.Well we spent 50 bucks here and no extra points. Not to mention double blended drink shouldn't have ice cubes- but hmmm they do. Totally something different at this Starbucks.

I'm saying my experience using the mobile app. The coffee was great as normal. First time using the mobile app, it makes you purchase a gift card to order your coffee. I do not like this option, because my order was only $12.50, I had to purchase a $25 gift card. This is why I'm giving it three stars.
