From the outside, apart from a few posters, this brewery is somewhat nondescript.You pass the chain link fence through the warehouse and on the left you will find the tasting room, which contains a small bar where you can enjoy the island's delicious creations. Here you will be greeted by extremely friendly people.We had “Flights of 6” at the beginning. A small tasting session of the beers available in the brewery.I thought the Mauna Kea Pale Ale was the best. MyMan the Hilo golden Al. A little hunger in between meals is also taken care of. There is a small stand in the brewery with tacos and borittos.Hilo Brewing also has a nice little gift shelf with high quality t-shirts, glasses and hats and a few other items. You can also buy the beer here to take home.“
“We didn't find a ton of great options in Hilo for dining, but were pleasantly surprised by this great spot! There was something for the fish-eating lovers, and the vegetarians, as well as some great Kombucha! Quick service and outdoor dining option.“
