My family and I were in Hilo and had a taste for some ice cream treats. Service was fast & friendly, even though they were super-busy. Our Blizzards were scrumptious and hit the spot!
Hot and bothered (by the humidity & heat in Hilo)? Then stop by Prince Kuhio Mall's DQ Orange Julius! They whip up fast and cool yumminess in the standard "Julius" you remember as a kid or the more modern offerings of "light smoothie" (no dairy) and smoothie styles. The variety of flavors vary from the traditional orange to mango/pineapple (what I had) as well as faves like strawberry/banana.
