This was a good option recently because most things in Hilo close early. I think we were the last takeout customer. The food was okay, but some of it tasted like it was cooked in old or burnt oil.

He was so rude o me. I called back to see if they knew I buy food there every week. He didn't care. The ladies are very nice. but the owner treated me like crap. So bummed because I like to support my local spots. I called back to see if he would be nice. No luck. I guess go somewhere else. SUCKS BIG TIME. I hate to see small businesses loose customers. Why and the hell be rude to me. Maybe he thinks I'm a tourist, not a local. But that's not excuse to treat me so rudely.. Go somewhere else. bummer.

Rude. No rice on Uber Eats. I still ordered but took forever to even accept the order. With the time that everything closes here it's too much of a risk to order here last minute. Man that answered phone was not polite and could not answer my question if I could order rice along with my meal. Finally went in to order. Food was very salty, simple, and easily tasted reheated. Meat was very tough as if it was cooked more than once, overwhelmingly salty(I am used to salty food), and very basic. Did not have the complexity that Chinese cuisine has to offer. It is not a surprise that this is the best rated Chinese restaurant in Hilo.
First time, I was there for lunch. Wide variety of cuisine to choose! My life partner and I chose mixed plates and within 10 minutes. Our orders arrived!Every bite is delicious ? This restaurant has the best Cold Ginger Chicken! We finished our plates completely!Definitely, we will be back for more soon as well as on our errands!Xie! Xie!

Stopped for lunch after searching for a seafood restaurant, only one we found open. Great food , price, and service. Definitely will go again when in Hilo.

I liked the house chow mein. The meat and vegetables were in big chunks, which was a nice change for me. It wasn’t very salty, which I appreciated and the noodles were flavorful.

Ordered the shrimp and honey walnut, but it does not come with rice!! Had to order rice separately!!

I have been there three times. First time we felt the food is ok so we visited next day , but the plate seemed downsized and the meals were disappointed. After a few days we did the last visit, the meals were back to supposedly regular size but I was forced to be charged 18% service fee. I inquiry , the waiter said I came too often so I was charged more . Disgusting restaurant and not worth to go
