It was my first meal after arriving in Hawaii. I stopped by this place 5 years ago, and it wasn't bad, and the reviews had grown so much that I chose it for my first meal, but I was very disappointed. I don't know if the menu selection was wrong. The ribs were very chewy and the poke was very small. It may be because prices have risen and the exchange rate has risen compared to 5 years ago. The cost of ribs, poke coffee and cola like this was 74,000 won. All they say is that the quantity is enormous, but the quantity is not that much and the price paid is rising rapidly. However, it wasn't delicious and overall it was a disappointing first meal.

You will not leave here hungry! This is a popular breakfast spot, but it is worth waiting in line for a table. Staff are all kind and attentive. We recommend the pancakes, flavored or plain.

A local recommended this cafe, and it did not disappoint! I had the Portuguese sausage eggs and rice that came with 2 massive pancakes. Everything was fresh and delicious. Make sure you come with an appetite because the portions were big.

Very annoying when the cook doesnt make an "over medium" egg like I ordered. Just order scramble to be safe iguess. The side of mac was so small for the price, even the worker was apologetic and told me that's the container she was told to use

Great local restaurant with delicious food! It was busy when we arrived and put our names down on the list and waited about 15 before getting in. Staff were friendly and efficient despite how busy they were and being short staffed that day. Joyce was excellent! My partner and I saw the portion sizes and because they were huge, we just ordered the volcano omelette and a side of coconut pancakes. It easy to do one people between two people here. The food was delicious and we highly recommend the coconut pancakes. We will return!Vegetarian options: Volcano omelette was amazing!Parking: Large strip mall with lots of available stalls.

While visiting family in hilo, we ate there several times. Tons of options for my haole hubby. I was a little more ambitious. My aunties and cousins love this place so I know it's legit. Portions were huge and the Aloha was everywhere.Wheelchair accessibility: They make accommodations for people as needed

It's always good there. I've never had any problems. The food is good. The only thing is, sometimes, the wait time. But it's worth it. A busy restaurant is a good thing.

One of the best local restaurants in Hilo with friendly staff and great food. My family of 3 including a growing teen boy enjoyed dining here!

Got the Moc-a-saurus and I absolutley crushed it. The spam was perfectly fried with nice crust on the outside, the Kalua pork was VERY flavorful, the chicken cutlet was tender and juicy, and the fried rice was better thsn Chinese takeout. By far the best meal I've had on the Big Island.Got there just after they opened and didn't have to wait, but if you come later you'll easily be looking at a 30-45 min wait or more.
