Stopped here late after going to the Mauna Kea summit. Super quick service in drive-thru, surprisingly crispy and fresh curly fries. Taco shells were a weeeee bit stale, but overall everything was good. Husbands burger was great for his first time being there. Not bad when needed.

We were passing through and wanted to grab something quick to eat.Unfortunately the food was very bad.The order only came incomplete and we only received the missing part of the order when we asked.The restaurant smelled very unpleasant.The only positive thing was the employee. Very friendly. But definitely won't come here again.

For fast food...very nice. We've tried both breakfast and lunch dishes and were satisfied.Parking: For our needs parking was certainly adequate and safe.
Worst fast food service ever. This is not an employee issue. This is an owner issue. They never get orders right. I mean NEVER. Walk inside and you will witness them scrambling no matter what hour. For this to be the service of this place for years, they clearly don’t train well or put enough people on staff because they’re cheap. Don’t bother with mobile order inside, you’ll wait longer than the long drive thru line. Yes even if you put the order in an hour before. Get it together you guys. Very unimpressive ownership. Not that hard to train or pay a competent person to run things. The McDonald’s and taco bell in the same parking lot are way busier and run like a well oil machine.It took me a long time to write this, after the twentieth mistake this year, I’m finally saying something. Also you’re gonna kill someone with constantly giving wrong orders. Any minute now this place will be shut down for killing someone because of an allergic reaction

Would give zero stars. Paid $61 for not alot of food. Asked for 4 BBQ sauce and 2 Sweet and sour. Had multiple orders of chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Was told after paying for my food I would need to pay for 2 extra sauces. Let me repeat we spent $61! The amount they would charge me agian probably wouldn't even cover the transaction cost for you company. Zero common sense being used at this location. Was told it was "policy". Then had to come back because they forgot to give us straws. They are so concerned with nickle and diming, they can even follow the basic "POLICY" of giving straws. Food was cold and not good either. There's a reason they have horrible reviews. There needs to be an adult there if you're going to hire children.
