I got the lunch plate with noodles, which were good, orange chicken that was tough as nails stringy and chewy and no orange flavor, and broccoli which was good!

I got the spare ribs with lemon chicken and fried rice plate. The spare ribs were mainly just bones and sauce. There was more daikon than meat. The fried chicken pieces were ok-ish, but the lemon sauce didn't taste right. The fried rice was ok. I also ordered 2 pork hash as well, and those were probably sitting there awhile because they were pretty dried out. Went there for lunch, but the food wasn't even freshly made. If you're gonna charge an arm and a leg for the food, at least make it enjoyable to eat. Some days the food is good and some days the food isn't all that great... what made me even more upset were the won ton. I got an order of 12. More wonton wrapper and a little tiny piece of meat. This is something I could've easily made at home myself....I know back in the day this place was awesome. Now, just like some other places in Hilo, it sucks ????

Leungs used to be super good. Noodles are really not that great as it's almost like pancit noodles and really dry. Lemon chicken was kinda good but super dry/overcooked even with the sauce. Price is high for a 2 choice plate almost $16.00. The shrimp canton is breaded too much. The shrimp is good but it's NOT tempura style like how it's supposed to be. Not sure if I'll be returning.... .

Went there to buy a pupu platter for a sport show event. I was so disappointed in the quality of the food. I dont remember it like before. There was only boney meat, charsiu chunks, pickled veggies that had no taste, crispy won tun with pencil eraser size portion of meat in it and paid 40 bucks for hardly anything on the platter. I will not go back there again, its not like before. Just a total rip off, so sad.

Greasy food, grouchy owners and rude immigrant workers! All the Chinese places in Hilo are related, and they act like they're better than locals!---except Ocean Side Chinese restaurant in Keaukaha?; check em' out ?

Best Chinese in Hilo and on the Big Island hands down. I miss the dine in option.

I pointed to the char siu pork and said I'll take the rest it was closing time. She charged me 70 dollars and gave me the sweet and sour pork that was sitting all day and wouldn't sell. I only realized after I went home. I will never go there again. The sweet and sour was mostly batter and had radishes in it. She probably wanted to feed her family with with pure roast pork.

Wayyyyyyy better than lings. Let me say this first.... Lings should be your absolute last chinese place to go to, Leungs however is just as good as Chengs, i would say, but it can be pricy, especially ala carte. But the quality is great! Service was awesome! Was greeted and told farewells.. i would recommend!

The service is terrible because they're not friendly. The employees speak native Flip, in front of you. The food is greasy. Haven't gone since 2018, and glad! Restaurant OSAKA right next door; more better food, service, and they protect kids!
