There are good prices for their pizza's and it tastes good. Love the stuffed bread and chicken wings, too. They also have drive-thru, that's a plus. Wish they had more than one location, though.

My order used to be finished a few minutes before the expected time. Now I have to wait an extra 30min to an hour to get my order. Went as far as to make the pick up 2 hours prior to pickup for my next order and it’s still the same. I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes at the counter but 30mins is ridiculous

The best pizza for the price! These guys don't hold anything back! I got my Hanai mother hooked on the pepperoni stuff crust pizzas and Italian cheese sticks. Coming from the mainland options on the big island are limited. This is pizza done right! Whenever I make the trip from Kona to Hilo this is a must stop on my list! I order online and pickup in the drive thru. I rarely have to wait, but fresh piping hot pizza is totally worth it!! I will order an extra large pizza so I can take it home and freeze some for later ? I have been delighted with the quality of food, friendly service and clean atmosphere.Vegetarian options: As long as your diet allows cheese and eggs you shouldn't have any issues with finding something tasty to eat here!Parking: Nestled between buildings on 3 sides, getting in and out is a little tricky at first.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility, tight waiting area.

Food always a 10/10 but service has been terrible. Workers don't seem to know what customer service is. Jesse snatched the money right out of my hand and I did not appreciate it at all. Due to this the ambiance was completely off and not welcoming at all. I would most likely be going back but imma keep my fingers crossed that i don't have Jesse to help me out.

The only Little Cesars in Hilo, sadly does not bring the nostalgia of Little Cesar's I once knew. It is smart for a customer to order ahead online and to avoid any traffic, so I followed that advice, as this place is known to have a busy drive-through. They have a area in the store where you can get your order yourself, enter your code and pick up your order and leave, which is convenient (+2stars). When asked for peppers or Parmesan cheese I had to wait as the two employees were a bit busy. Finally I got seen, but I was told no cheese and all they had were the peppers so I got only peppers. They seemed nice, Just wish there was a place for customers to set their orders down to get any extra toppings/ napkins they needed. Besides that, inside the store was still new and nice, chairs are against the wall for customers to wait with working AC; it was not busy the day I went (Sundays seems less busy) (+1 star). As for the food, I was hoping for better results. My online order included regular baked pizza with stuffed * round * crust. I should have chosen well done instead, because it seemed pretty soggy and underbaked. It was hard to see the crust was stuffed with cheese at all. The cheese did not seemed evenly spread on the pizza. It wasn't pleasant considering I ordered ahead. Maybe next time I order ahead I will simplify my order a bit more, and choose well done. As for crust, just stick to regular.

Excellent! We always look forward to ordering from theory drive up window! My wife and i agree Theresa is a joy! She is pleasant and professional. Our favorite dish is the Bestest Mostess pizza. 5 out of 5 stars!

Used to order online and service was quick. Ordered today and it took 50 min and I got home and my pizza was cold. Seems like it was just sitting on the side for awhile before getting boxed up. My son said the workers didn't even look like they were in a hurry. Crazy.
We normally love getting a treat from LC. However, i ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and an order of stuffed cheesy bread. The bread was great but our pizza was atrocious. First it wasn't even round. The meats were over cooked, or pretty much burnt, the outside crust was over cooked, and there was barely any sauce or cheese, that was probably why the meats just fell right off each slice as we tried to take one. It was really bad!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!3 months ago ....I ordered online and it was Not Hot....and VERY FORGOTTEN. Ordered last month online, made a follow up phone call to see if order was received, FORGOTTEN AGAIN!. Placed the order via phone at that point. Ordered online today 11/11/23 at 2:42 PM for pick up at 3:30PM. Called at 3:02 to check if they had received the order, THEY HAD NOT! Asked they guy when it would be ready and he said it had to prepped and would put in the oven when I got there. Baking takes 15 mins. Hmmmm who wants to wait 15 min or more at the drive thru, that is the reason I placed the order online or and called. Cancelled order. 3 STRIKES and you are OUT! Called the manager and she was great about voiding the charges. PIZZA HUT AND DOMINOES FOREVER!

I ordered online through Doordash. When I received my order, my order was wrong. I called Little Ceasars and told them that I received the wrong order. They told me that they can't do anything about it and they can't help me. I told them to explain their policies and to tell me why can't they help me. The girl simply said I don't know, all I know is that we can't help you because you ordered online through Doordash. I looked on my recite from Little Ceasars and it has the order I ordered. All I wanted was the correct order and its sad to have places like this not care about their customers. So I just wanted to let people to know that if you order through a third party and your recite is correct BUT you receive the wrong order. Don't expect Little Ceasars to help you. You are better off ordering Pizza hut or Domino's through Doordash. At least they own up to sending the wrong order and they are quick to correct it. If I could give no stars I would give a Zero for poor customer service. Also I do understand that it is also Doordashs fault for not checking the order. But if you go to pick up and order you expect it to be the right order. Thank you for taking your time to read this and have a good day.
