This is a great stop for dinner and drinks! We finally felt like we were on vacation sittinh in the open dining patio (covered) sipping on frozen drinks from a fresh pineapple. Our waitress was very fun and attentive. The food and drinks came quickly despite a packed restaurant. The drinks are strong, so worth the higher price. The seafood and ribs we ate were delicious! Not that portions lean larger.Vegetarian options: Plenty of fish options

Super nice spot. Super convenient parking along the road. They had happy hour when we showed up which was a pleasant surprise. I tried the Mai tai, with the guava flavoring added. The Hilo local plate was super delicious and the Korean style ribs were flavorful and on point and so tender. The espresso martini was on the sweeter side

The live musician was awesome! The food was not the best. Not horrible but room for improvement. She forgot the pork on the nachos and brought an iced tea instead of lemonade. The vibe was cool though.

The food was fresh and seasoned well. We will be back soon when we are in the neighborhood.

A fun little spot for great food, incredibly friendly staff, and live music. Think Margaritaville, but local hawaiian style. Really tasty food offerings (look for daily specials on the chalk board). Super tasty cocktails, including their signature that's served in a hollowed out Hawaiian Gold pineapple. This is a nice open-air spot located right across from Hilo bay. Very popular with tourists.Parking: Plenty of street parking available to walk fromKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Fish in ‘Ono’ fish stir fry was very overdone, gray and. chewy. Unfortunately three of us ordered it and we all agreed. The Ono in the fish of the day special appeared to be a totally different kind of fish.. nice and flaky and lighter in colour.Overall this place seems over hyped and overrated.

My onion soup was great; I only wish that they served it in a sourdough bowl.
