First time using curbside service and ordering from location. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't cut all the way through, not even halfway through. Tearing the pizza apart was a mess so ended up cutting it myself. Second time using curbside service. Order was incorrect but decently cut through enough. There is no designated curbside pickup parking stall or area so I was confused, again. Iʻm trying to order pizza, but the phone goes to a ‘mainland call center’ and the online options seems to not know i want to order from the location i pulled up on the google search. I just want a person in hilo, at the store to talk to. Simple. Old kine. I guess i walk in and place my large order instead, and go shopping while i wait for it to be ready. Good pizza … for traveller like us, just arrived in Hilo by fly, we want eat something in hotel because we were tired. Good pizza, good sauce one pizza without cheese and both were overall good. The order by website was very easy and the the delivery girl was kind. The delivery was perfect in time as indicated in the delivery app.
