I'm a frequent shopper at Big Island Delights, and being next to Restaurant Osaka, I've often considered giving it a try. One day, I finally decided to stop in for lunch solo after my shopping at Big Island Delights. The restaurant had plenty of seating, and I found a table spacious enough to set up my laptop and work materials so I could eat and get some work done as well. While there were many food options available, I found the prices to be on the higher side for dishes that were fairly standard. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was good.

The service is always on point, the ladies are so friendly and efficient. The prices have increased due to the rising cost of food and supplies. The food is great and it's a nice spot to have lunch with friends.

Always good food. Always. My favorite is sweet sour spareribs. Meat is super soft, melt in your mouth. You can't find sweet sour spareribs like this. No one takes the time to cook it right like Osaka's.

Great food like I remember from living in Japan. An added touch is the food is presented in a bento tray. Well done.
The food was very tasty! The teriyaki was very good, the udon and broth was tasty. The miso soup was some of the best I've ever had.The prices were a bit nuts. I expected the "combination meal" to have one serving of pork and one of steak teriyaki, but based on the single chicken teriyaki meal, it was two half servings, at twice the price. If you are tempted to order the combo meal, simply order one of each.

Not worth it. Something has drastically changed. And they just posted a blatant sign on their bathroom door, that they are not responsible for the restrooms; to contact Yamanaka Enterprises. Yeah??? At least clean your restaurant dirty windows, and sweep and shine your floors! Or is Yamanaka responsible for that too?
