Super fresh food! Very waiter was super helpful and very chill. I had work to do so I used the free wifi for a couple hours. It was a very quiet spot.

Great food, loved the family atmosphere, great service! I had the veggie poke bowl, so delish! Great setting for kids too with toys they can play with. Mahalo!

I don't know about you, but increasingly sprouts on sandwiches are a lost art. This place has it and they make good eats.

I visited Hilo for a weekend and are here twice in that time because it was so good. I had the pesto sandwich and it was really SO good. Other members of my party had nori wraps and loved it, avocado sandwich and loved it, I can’t remember what else but also loved it. Friendly service. Clean bathrooms. And I got homemade fruit leather to bring home to my kiddos. Hopefully it makes it because I might eat it all! They also have some hats (??) and other locally made items for sale.

The two of us came in for their first time, even though we've been living here for two years. We ordered bagel with cream cheese and sprouts, a coffee, avocado, toast, banana bread, soup and carrot cake $50 pretty expensive meals but the food is fresh and worth it OK. Must tell you it was not worth it. The banana bread was extremely dry. The soup had hardly any flavor. Avocado toast, with simply that avocado cut on a piece of toast no pizzazz no thought. The one thing that was good was a carrot cake. We will not be back. On a positive note, decent service, and friendly people

My favorite daytime restaurant in Hilo. Very good salads, sandwiches, drinks, snacks.

This place used to have great açai bowls, but now they are lackluster at best. Barely any banana on top with just a bunch of granola on top. No other sliced fruit or toppings.

Get their freshly pressed sugarcane you won't regret it !! It's naturally sweet, cold & refreshing perfect after a hike to replenish. 16 ounces for $6 The macadamia nut pesto sandwich was delicious, just the right amount of melty mozzarella and basil pesto. Not heavily salted either so it's a healthy choice. I don't recall tasting macadamias but it may have been blended with the pesto giving it a crunchy bite, but nothing significant. It comes with a side of chips or daily specials. I had the pickled daikons, they were like natural vinegar chips. Even so, I wouldn't pay $16 for this sandwich next time. The spot has both indoors and outdoor seatings, clean bathrooms just outside the cafe, and a small parking lot in the bag. Staff had given us the wrong order, but kindly remade it once we let them know. Check in for 10% off your order

We will definitely return to this wonderful Cafe! From the get go, it was delightful. Our server was as sweet as honeysuckle and well versed in the food choices. We loved the taro burger and the bean burger. The gluten-free bread was outstanding. A must visit!
