Great quick option?. This is take out only however, there is two benches on the side of the building that you can sit and enjoy. Prices reasonable and so many choices. Portions are large. There is parking on the side of the street. However, I did not see a parking parking lot. This is located directly across from pineapples and you could miss it if you didn’t have GPS.

The best shaved ice eatery on the island. So glad we found it, the reviews were good and I can see why. My son thoroughly enjoyed his shaved ice, there was a line when we got here and only one person working. It is a very small establishment - almost like a drive through window. The service was good, the short wait was worth it. There is a bench outside you can relax on while waiting for your shaved ice. Great place for kids and adults alike, easy to find and plenty of parking.

Love this place! Old fashioned ice shave, that takes one back to small kid time memories and you can't forget all their homemade syrups. My 'ohana loves this place too - some of our favs are the li hing mui, sour apple, & lychee and can't forget the cream on the top, mmm...yum. The service is always friendly, the portion size are spot on and it always brings me back to the best days after spending the entire day at the soccer field and then walking over to the shop to pick up this refreshing treat. The cone cup, mini straw and wooden spoon is classic, expected and the way ice shave in Hilo is supposed to be. Been going here since they opened their doors on front street and will continue to support our local business. Same great taste and wonderful service! So 'ono!

Wow this was probably the best shaved ice we've ever had. We ate lunch across the street at Pineapples (which was just ok) but then saw this place and the kids wanted it so we walked over. The keiki size is perfect and only $4. It was soooooo dang good I couldn't stop taking bites off my kids shaved ice... I should have just got one of my own. Highly recommend.

Wilson's by the bay was right outside of a restaurant where we ate lunch. The lady who helped us was very friendly, the orders came out pretty quick & the sizes were decent for the price we paid. I ordered the keiki (small) Lilikoi and pineapple shave ice. The flavor and texture of the ice were okay. I'm very particular about the way the ice melts into my mouth and this one didn't quite cut it. If I were in the area again and it was within walking distance, I would swing by again to try another flavor.

I ordered grape, lemon, and lilikoi. The lilikoi is like a passion fruit flavor and it was really good. Probably my favorite. All three were good together. The cup that it was in made it fairly difficult to eat and our little one had a really hard time with it. I tend to like softer ice better, and theirs was a bit hard. Customer service was good though! Very kind and friendly. Also good prices.

I really wanted to try this place, I did. But online they listed as open from 10am to 9pm every day, and this is incredibly far from the truth. Turns out they are only open from "around lunchtime to 5pm" so be aware. In fact, May I suggest calling before you put in the effort of driving over there, or even better would be the owners updating their hours, please!!

tastes really artificial, the portion sizes are WAY too big for the cones they give you, so mine immediately melted all over me. couldn't even get to the ice cream in the middle because I had to just throw it away it was immediately getting everywhere. i don't get why they don't have cups or more substantial bowls or even real spoons to eat it with? service was fine and if you want large portions of artificial tasting shave ice, this is the place for you!
I thought the service was very good but the shaved ice tasted very fake. We bought four different shaved ices with multiple flavors and all of them tasted artificial. We were the last customers of the day so perhaps that had something to do with it but overall I can't recommend this shop based on our experience.
