Always one of my favorite All You Can Eat, places. They have a big selection and my favorites are the Nigiri and Calamari .

Excellent variety of seafood and vegetable dishes. The spicy ahi, and unagi bento (plate), were especially nice with a complementary serving of miso soup. We'll be back. A great relaxing, friendly restaurant environment for members of the entire family.

All you can eat is the best bang for your buck. The service is top-notch. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food came out fast, and the portions are huge. I recommend not going big on your first order. Start small and build your way up. For $35 you will go home full and content.

We’ve been supporting this business for years, supported them during Covid, supported them during the new owners, supported them even after their 25% price increase, but after tonight‘s toshie will probably be the last time almost $30 for the bowl but always worth it with the large pieces of fish. After tonight’s meal I’m still hungry. The slices of sashimi were smaller than some you get at a cheap all you can eat place definitely not worth the price on top of that. They charge your 3% surcharge for credit cards. I’ve tried my best to support this place, but I think I’m done.

the food was amazing. i got the garlic salmon steak with sushi rice, and that was delicious, tasted fresh, savory, and meaty. the salmon was very juicy, the rice was very sushi rice. the food was so good, it filled me up in 3 minutes. it made me so full that it made me save a quarter of each. the cashier was very patient while i was deciding what to get. the food came out pretty fast, not much of a wait. the interior is aesthetically pleasing. the place was very neat. thank you.

1st visit again, post covid. Glad to see one of my favorites to survive and flourish. I've followed them since their opening on Fort St mall. Still a Honolulu gem at a reasonable price for excellent product. Freshness was very evident. I had the Anagi add on and really enjoyed the complimentary miso soup.

Bad service , old food not fresh. Couldn't get past the first bite for the fear of potential food poisoning, so disappointed.I don't want to come here again!

I have been a customer of Ahi & Vegetable since their first store opening on Fort Street. But it's been about 10 years since I left town and have worked on Sand Island or Kalihi. So having Ahi & Vegetable in Kapalama was very helpful. I would go because their teri chicken salad was very reasonable priced for the portion they gave you. Then I actually started to love eating raw fish, esp salmon. At one point, I was ordering their Salmon Sashimi salad once a week or so. I love love love it. But then I noticed either the salmon pieces weren't up to their normal standard, or my to go order was ALWAYS wrong. First, I got salmon pieces that were thin and stringy/slimy. The second time, I opened my containter to find ahi and salmon sashimi. Not a problem because at least there was some salmon pieces. Then my next order, I got straight up hamachi. I usually don't mind, since the orders cost the same... but I was so disappointed opening up my lunch to find hamachi vs the salmon I was so excited to eat.As I thought back how could this happened, I realized I had the Asian girl with the blonde hair took my order all the time. (see other yelpers review regarding her.) I would see she would punch in Salmon Sashimi (but from the start of ordering that to saying "no ginger please" and wanting "house dressing" and will be paying by card... it somehow get's put in as something else). I thought ok maybe I need to speak more clearly (when I got ahi and salmon) next time. But next time came, and I clearly said Salmon Sashimi Salad, but somehow got stuck with Hamachi. ((Even showed up on my receipt as Hamachi -- which is my bad for not checking right after paying.)) But because of this, I now get anxious going. I don't want it to turn into a "but she said this..." argument, so unfortunately I haven't been back too much. I rather go to Nico's Fish Market for a poke bowl with up to 3 choices for pretty much the same price.

In a small plaza that I only knew Zippy's and Magnolia Bakery, I was surprised to find such delicious pokè this far away from the water I know the chain has been growing but the taste and selections always hit, and this late time didn't disappoint I got the pokè combo that comes with shoyu poke, spicy ahi, and spicy salmon, with a hefty scoop of each so you get your value and size for what you pay for, it went well with the veggies and brown rice, the spicy had a kick from the wasabi, and even the small pieces were still decently chunked for a nice mouthfeel The only confusion was deciding whether or not to do the kiosk versus the counter, and kind of odd that they don't serve water or have water cups if you're dining in like they did before which was pretty disappointing so make sure you bring your own drink if anything

The grilled garlic butter ahi smelled like old fish and taste like also. Couldn’t get past the first bite for the fear of potential food poisoning. The brown rice was good though…… but when I went to complain the people was nice, one worker and chef offered me something else from the menu, I didn’t accept because a was so disappointed.Parking: Ok
