Sean stayed flexible and patient over emails while we tried to figure out a catering arrangement. I cannot put into words how delicious, beautiful and luxurious their food was! Even though the cost was reasonable, the experience felt Michelin star quality, especially the first night! Guests were raving about how great all the food was. He was able to accommodate and make so many custom items as well and they all tasted amazing. Chef Sean catered our wedding before and it was amazing!! All my guests loved his food! He even caught some fresh fish from his kayak and used them for ceviche. Oh it was so ono! I love the way he cooks and he cooks with his passion. When I heard that he opened his restaurant at Hawaii yacht club, I got so excited and tried with my family. He never disappoint us! Why I love his food so much? Because I can see and taste he put SO many steps to make one dish. I can't recreate his dish at home because it probably takes so long to do all the preparation. I can tell how much effort he and his cooks put in. And I love it! I highly highly recommend Aloha Culinary Group for wedding, big party or any occasion!
