Just go! Show up early at like 720 and sign the sheet. Freak out on your kids and make them get up up or threaten to leave them in the room and make them eat Jack in the Box. Wish we discovered this joint before two trips waiting for a table at IHOP. Go here instead. trust. David is a nice guy who keeps the line moving with light humor and good fun. Solid experience all-around.

The macnut pancake was decent, but I don’t think it’s worth the 40+ minute wait. Since the pancakes are so airy, they don’t pack as much flavor and bite as normal pancakes. But I would still recommend this place if you’ve never had soufflé pancakes before. Service is also excellent.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the worst restaurant, so I'll write one. The four of us waited for over 30 minutes, and my daughter (2 years old) was tired from waiting, so I cradled her 20 meters away. When it finally came to my turn, my wife, who had been waiting at the store, tried to go in first, but she acted in a high-pressure manner, telling me that we had to get everyone together. I returned after about 20 seconds (after all, I was 20 meters away) and during that time, I guided the customers who were waiting later to their seats. I was shocked. Even if I tried to ask him why, he wouldn't answer. It's just that it's no good if they don't come together. After 10 minutes, I went to my seat and was told to leave the stroller here, and was given a seat guide with an overbearing attitude and face (especially her face). There is only one female staff member.I waited for over 40 minutes in total, but I felt like I couldn't eat comfortably, so I left.At that time, the woman was sneaking around in the back with her fellow staff members, looking at me and laughing. It says that this store closes until 13:00.Customers are lined upIf we don't have enough people, orders will be delayed = turnover rate will be poor.Is this the rule?I'm also doing businessI understand that you're looking for income.I just wish there was a little bit of flexibility.thought.I missed you yesterdayCafe Kaira had great service and food.Maybe I'm comparing too much. However, I don't feel like I'm a customer at all. Of course, you are not expected to serve customers with a smile even if you have a bad experience. Because I'm cooking for you.Just be normal, be normal.Because it wasn't normal for meI am writing this for the first time.Kid-friendliness: Terrible response. It was crowded in front of the store and the road was narrow, so I waited a little further away (about 20m) and was refused entry. My wife was waiting at the store. Even when it was my turn, I was asked to leave my stroller here (even though there was no space to put it), and the expressions on the staff's faces were particularly cruel. It's not that she's ugly or anything, it's that the female staff clearly shows high pressure and rejection on her face.

This is a great breakfast spot! I highly recommend the soufflé pancakes. They are super delicious. You can get it with or without ice cream. The service was wonderful. We had to wait a bit because there was a line out the door but it moved quickly for us.

It was a long wait but it was worth it. The service was good. Food came out pretty quick since we had plenty of time to select our food. I've never had a shuffle pancake and it was delicious. The fruit on top was a great topping

Small little spot with great breakfast! The soufflé’s are amazing! Lots of fresh fruit options too.Arrive early & sign your name on the list yourself (they don’t do it for you). Wait can be 45-60minutes depending on size of your party.

The lobster eggs Benedict was SO GOOD! Our boys also order the soufflés.. wow. And don’t miss out on the breakfast potatoes, seasoned and crispy to perfection. If you are looking for a very tasty breakfast, it’s worth the wait!!

Food was good, but staff were extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, weird. After waiting in line for over half an hour, I noticed some people who were clearly friends of the staff get snuck in and seated, bypassing the line entirely. The staff member and their friend then proceeded to grope each others' chests (both female), take pictures of each others' chests, grab each others' rears, and generally be vulgar in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by families with children. Overall just a bizarre and very uncomfortable experience, will not be back. Too bad, the food was pretty good.

There are better breakfast places than Aloha Kitchen. Came here with my family after seeing the rave reviews and was very disappointed. The service was inattentive and slow. Coffee was watered down and weak. Soufflé pancakes were gritty and had a strong baking soda aftertaste. The Kahlua pork eggs benedict was way too salty and the eggs were hard boiled and not runny. The eggs benedict came with a side of potatoes that were over seasoned, way too burnt, and very dry. Not worth the hype. For the price I paid there are way better breakfast places in Waikiki. Save your money and the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Very small diner. Long wait but the food was good. It’s known for their soufflé pancakes but we ordered Moco Loco, bagel and lox, and mimosas.

Food price is reasonable, not much service at all. Washroom and kitchen need improvement!

I was able to walk from the Hilton where I was staying.I waited for about 40 minutes and entered the store. Regarding the staff, there are many who speak Japanese, so there is no need to worry.I ordered eggs Benedict, soufflé, and French toast, and they were all delicious and very satisfying!I would like to repeat it again.

I had to go and try their famous soufflé pancakes and not sure what I was expecting but I didn’t love it. I knew these weren’t traditional pancakes but something about the texture and the flavor of the soufflé pancakes didn’t hit for me. We got there at opening but there was already a line so waiting on top of the limited seating, I would say try somewhere else.
