The entire meal was BOMBBB the rice was the perfect texture, corn was… well you can’t really go wrong with corn lol, even the extra salad was good but the beef was the star of the meal. It was super tasty and the texture was to dieee for. Would’ve got another one but they’re closed for the night.

Excellent food truck serving wagyu steak located on the side road beside the Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach hotel. The steak plate with rice is awesome and highly recommended. The steak is nicely grilled, tasty and tender. The people working the truck are very nice.

Service was very friendly. Food was ready quick! And the wagyu was delicious!!! Very tender, paired well with the corn. Loved that it was walking distance from our hotel. We didn't know what we wanted, then we stumbled upon this place, and I'm so glad we did!!

Seemed a little overrated based on my experience. Was excited seeing this near my hotel and seeing all the great reviews. Ordered a regular sized steak plate. I noticed a lot of people mentioned their steaks were medium rare so I asked the guy who took my order to make it medium and he said ok. But what I got was definitely medium rare so I'm not sure if they only make the steaks to one temperature or what. Came with rice (drenched in blood since the rare sliced steak was on top), some canned corn, and some cabbage with a light sesame coating. The cabbage was good. The steak was mediocre, too rare but even if it was cooked a little longer, it wasn't a high quality piece of meat. There was an inedible chewy line through all the slices of meat that I had to eat around. It was basically like thinly sliced flank steak or flat iron. I've had both Japanese Wagyu and American Wagyu and this didn't taste like the American Wagyu I've had before, as this was not even close to USDA prime. I get that it's a food truck and it was only like $20 so what do I expect, but I would not pay $20 for what tasted like a mediocre quality undercooked steak.

Best, perfectly cooked and seasoned steak I have had in a very long time and the price is right! It’s difficult to find steak in Hawaii that isn’t a fatty or cheap cut simply seasoned so I typically just indulge in a filet one and a while but this….next level! I am addicted!Hoping he’s open tonight because I’ve got to have it again tonight. Sitting patiently waiting in hopes he is just late ??

First time a week or so ago was great. Went back today and one portion seemed like ok cuts but second was like dog food. Tasted disgusting. Ate half out of necessity before I noticed.The way the meat was stacked in the second portion showed the staff were hiding the bad cuts.One must be very careful with short cut sally trucks.Off to abc for an egg salad sandwich. Thats says it all about AWE!

Delicious food. My husband liked this so much we came 2 nights in a row. My toddler ate three things on this island: fruit, raisins, and this steak meal (#1, the signature). Highly recommend when you need to bribe your kid to eat something. Right outside the Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach & opened at 5:30 while we were visiting

We more or less stumbled across this place after noticing several food trucks on the street outside of our hotel. Having heard of Wagyu beef hundreds of times but never actually trying it, I was immediately interested in the menu. There are multiple 'plate lunch' style offerings but we opted to go for the combination plate which has all 3 styles of meat. My favorite by far was the sliced steak. Not that the other two weren't good - they were all tasty. But that sliced steak was just so tender and flavorful. If I was eating there again I'd personally go for the full sized entree of just that variety. The sides in the meal are a little lacking (plain white rice, plain corn, and plain cabbage); but let's be honest, the real star here is the meat. Overall 8/10 - would come back again.
