I am always in search of good, simple burgers. My burger standard is In-N-Out burgers. Fresh, simple, and good for your buck. Sadly, they won't ever come to Hawaii. So I ordered the All American burger with mushroom and Swiss cheese. This is one of those place where you can add and customize your burger. I find this so confusing. So I had to ask if there's any sauce or dressing that comes with it. The man behind the counter seemed so busy on his smart phone it seem like I was bothering him. He quickly took my order and dug out of the shop while I started to wait. Maybe he had to use the restroom. The wait was about 15-20 minutes. A nice man came out with my order. It was a nice size burger, not too big or small. I noticed that it came with some salad with light dressing and a slice of tomatoe. The burger didn't feel too hot. The buns were nicely toasted and soft. The beef patty wasn't freshly hot so I felt like it was either microwaved or pan fried. But it was a good, light burger and I didn't feel greasy afterwards. It was $12.

Juicy and delicious burgers including my favorite award winning venison burger, crispy tasty fries, fresh healthy salads, but remember to get a campfire cookie or other goodie or 2 for dessert and later or a friend. And if you ask early enough they also make amazing lasagna or chicken parmasan Dinner2Gos, for the win at dinner time.

Boy this place has really deteriorated since it opened. Had lunch there today. They rush you through the process and then if you are eating in the restaurant you sit down at a table, (with linen tablecloth no less), but then they bring you over your burger and sides in cardboard take out cartons and just sit them in front of you. no plates or utensils -- not even paper or plastic, and we asked. Then when we asked for paper bags to take home the leftovers, the owner told us that there was a charge for the paper bags! As far as the burgers, overpriced for the quality. You can get the same quality, if not better, at Murphy's Grill or even The Daley up the street. Well I can tell you it's the last time I will go there. Very disappointing.

We had the American Burger and Beer Battered Fries; both were great and very satisfying. Nice ambience in this small place tucked away inside the Topa Financial Center. Service was pretty fast for us.

Please DONT EAT HEREthis was the worst KITCHEN EVER I worked in!! I’m a former employee after three days working with Liz I was let go because of the attitude I had towards the unhygienic walk-in. The infestation of roaches and roach feces and smell of roach feces!! the use of 3 day old seafood. I get a mom pop shop but to run a business and have no knowledge about food safety for the public is ridiculous please be advised; roach p*** on the recipes and training menu ?

None of my party of 4 ordered a burger, so maybe we weren't in the sweet spot. One ordered a wedge salad, which seemed fine. Straightforward and fine. I ordered a Spinach strawberry salad, which came out of the refrigerated case (not necessarily bad). It contained 1 strawberry, some spinach and some salad dressing which seemed quite peppery. One ordered a BLT with the sauce on the side. The sauce wasn't on the side, and even after scraping the sauce off this person complained it was too hot (spicy). One ordered a tuna melt, which was uninspired. The coke machine works very well, however. There is an art to keeping the coke machine in tune.

Topa Tower right off Nimitz. Next to Cookie Corner under the stairs. Used to be a little local plate lunchy place we used to go all the time. Opposite end of my office downtown so I rarely venture down there at lunch. 1st time to Burgers on Bishop b/c I was craving onion rings. Got the Juicy with Pepperjack and Raw Onions. Just realized that they gave me Brie instead of Pepperjack. I love most cheeses, so don't really care. Burger was cooked well (like good, not temperature "well"). He had asked my gf how she wanted her burger but didn't ask me. But it's fine. If I really cared, I would have said. Burger tasty...think maybe a little bit mayo, mixed greens and a tomato. Little messy but maybe cuz I took off a bun. Glad I did b/c sooooo fuuuuuull. YUM! And I got onion rings...DOUBLE YUM. I did peel off half the batter, but really isn't too heavy. I just really like onions. Kanak Attack back in the office...

Seriously THEE best customer service ever!! Liz is awesome and the desserts are SO good. My coworkers and I went to grab a s'mores cookie and oh my god! It's the best ever! It was fresh out of the oven and the cookie was ooey gooey. The center was soft and the cookie corners were crunch. Literally one of the best cookies I've had! It was so good that I even forgot to take a picture! We had so much fun just chatting with Liz while we waited for the cookies :) I've heard so many good things about their burgers so I'm definitely gonna grab one from them next time!

If you want one of the best burgers in Honolulu, this is the place to go. Not only are their burgers amazing, but their entire menu is creative and delicious. I had their Niihau Lamb Burger. It was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The service is excellent every time we go. Their ambiance is great. It feels upscale with a casual vibe. Prices are reasonable. Owner Liz is an amazing person that gives back to the community. If you haven't tried it here, it's a must. You won't be disappointed.

Great hidden gem in town. They were able to cater to our party of 8 with a couple picky eaters - everyone loved the food especially the wagyu burger. Its really nice how they have daily specials and yes, the garlic truffle fries are the bomb. Customer service is also excellent, the place is definitely ran by someone with a very kind heart. Thank you to Lynette and staff for making our Valentines lunch special!

Best customer service! That is all... Right, like I would just leave a review like that. So a couple weeks ago I went to BoB to get a burger and fries. I always order the same thing: All American Burger with Cheddar Cheese and Side of Garlic & Truffle Fries. This place makes things fresh so I expected a wait. Plus, the fries are amazing. I love the twisted shape and the crisp crunch when you bite into it Alf the potatoey goodness. I got back to my lunch area and opened my burger box in anticipation... and then... wait.. no cheese. I opened up the burger to check, yup, no cheese. Well, I got my receipt emailed (Thank you for using square) and hit the sad face and left the info that I was missing the cheese that I paid for. I got a message back right away apologizing and saying since I paid cash they couldn't do a refund but would not charge me for my next visit. Take two: I called in a pre-order this time and let the person know I had a gift card and explained the cheese situation. When I went to get my food, there was a slight wait to pay but then we waited another 15 minutes to get our food. I sat down to lunch with my co-workers and with mouth watering in anticipation opened the box. Cheese was on the burger! Yes! I took a big bite only to discover the burger was cold... and the fries were lukewarm. Well, I sent another sad face and explained the disappointment. A short while later, I got a phone call. It was Liz, the owner and she wanted to make everything better. She was awesome in the way she handled my situation and offered to give me a burger and fries on the house! So for a 3rd week in a row I found myself having a burger and fries and everything was just perfect! Juicy hamburger (with cheese) and garlic truffle fries. I may or may not have a separate fry stomach... This time I called in the order and Wendy helped me. Everything was hot and fresh when I went to pick it up. Wendy even let me know she put the wrong cheese initially but fixed it. I am so grateful to Liz and Wendy and Jason (gotta give a shout-out to the cashier) for your care and allowing me to have a "do-over" lunch! That fresh campfire cookie was the cherry on top and of course you know I will be back! I gotta redeem those points I'm racking up! See you soon!

We do Buddy Burger Friday where we have tried different burgers across Oahu. This was on the list to try, tucked away in the Bishop plaza across from Hawaii Pacific. I had the Classic American with bacon and cheddar with garlic fries. The burger came out, and visually looked good. You can tell fresh veggies but I first noticed the patty was like that of a frozen cut (stamp print cutout). Took the first bite and was not necessarily excited but wasnt bad. The cheddar was good quality, the bacon was maple glazed and it kind of tasted more like a breakfast burger. May burger buddy got the angus and he also thought meh. He also got onion ring which were good... I got the truffle fries (more like curly wedges) and they weren't too bad. The crew was great and friendly, the interior was a fine with lots of space but sort of out place. Looks like they have local bands play at night. Overall- I would say skip this place- wasn't a fan. ‍ 2.5 stars- wasn't terrible but would not go back.
