The best tip I can give is to make a dedicated Chick-Fil-A playlist because the car lines are long. The mainland branches top off the French fries, so I wish the Hawaii branches would too!

You can only Drive Thru. My friend didn't get the waffle fries which are delicious. The chicken strips were tiny as was the chicken burger. We were horrified by the size to price ratio. $35 for very little food.

Fast service even with long lines. The food is more pricey than other fast foods but the quality of the food is really good! I love their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Donʻt forget the sauces which are all good! I usually order a Shake too. Itʻs nice and creamy. One of the best shakes on island.

Parking: No parking at all which makes it impossible to park and get pickup so you have to go through the drive through. Fortunately the drive through is fast!
Wed 28 Feb 2024 We live in Pearl City so don't get to run to Chick-Fil-A as often as we'd like but when we do, we're always impressed by the service, quality, taste, and value for the money of their food. Went there about 5:30pm and the service and professionalism of the people working there is impressive I don't know what they pay but I hope it's substantial. If anyone rates a tip it's these people. Mahalo to everyone working there, you make our trip worth while!

Super fast and delicious as always. Chicken nuggets are the best for kids and they have pretty great toys (books, tiny games, etc.) instead of plastic trash that ends up in the garbage.

Arrived just before lunch which starts at 10:30am. As usual the AWESOME staff explained I was 5 minutes early but made accommodations to take my order and let the vehicles behind me go in front that had breakfast orders. Minutes later my order was ready and it wasn't until I opened the bag (which felt heavier than normal) that I was given a cookie AND a breakfast biscuit! Now I have a new breakfast spot. Always delicious and special orders are always correct. Chik-Fil-A No Ka Oi.

Located near a two lane street, this is Chick-Fil-A almost always has the longest drive thru lines on the entire island, especially during lunch. There's a very small amount of parking available to customers. And for some reason, this location doesn't have a dining area. So, it's more of an order and go. As far as service goes, the customer service tries to get you in and out as fast as possible. Everything is made fresh so that increases the wait time. It's best to order from the app since it'll let you know when your order is ready for pick up. Overall, this is just the standard Chick-fil-A. As usual, the original chicken sandwich is one of the best menu items along with the waffle fries.
