I've been wanting to try the soufflé pancake with boba and I was finally able to!This came with 3 stacks of the soufflé pancake drizzled in brown sugar, a type of cream, and boba! The pancake is so fluffy, it tasted great with all the sauces and boba. Because everything else is so sweet, I liked how the soufflé pancake wasn't as sweet. I could taste the different sauces and pancakes, and how it complimented each other. I shared this and left feeling full! The soufflé does taste a bit strong in egg, but makes sense as that's how it becomes a soufflé.

Delicious Japanese soufflee pancakes-A couple of tips to save some time and moneyA) order on Uber eats and do pick up! They had a coupon the day I ordered for BOGO soufflé pancakes! What a deal! Not only do you save money but timeb) order ahead! Order on the Uber app- and do a pickup instead of delivery and you won't be waiting for 20-30min for your food. This way you can order your food ahead and just walk in at your specified time. Al thought we still waited 10+ min for our order at our specified time. But that just tells me it is good bc of how many orders they were doing!The restaurant is cute filled with pictures of Japanese cute decor and wall to wall with pics of the food. Only about 6 seats inside all bar style along the wall of the very small ordering area. We ordered the chocolate and strawberry soufflee pancakes. Simple yet delicious! 2 orders were good to feed 2 small kids and 2 adults. A little on the sweet side but def worth getting as we've tried to make this at home and it's a lot harder than it looks! Would def come back to hit my kids craving

I ordered it on Uber Eats but there’s no brown sugar syrup like the one you get at the store. It’s just whip cream and Boba, so it tasted so bland… so disappointed :(

I was craving souffle pancakes and this place didn't disappoint. It's a little small so not enough seating. They make all the pancakes fresh made to order so it takes a while. The guy taking the orders is really courteous and friendly. We got the salted cream cheese and macadamia nuts and mango pineapple li hing. Both contrasted each other and were delicious

These souffle pancakes are bomb dot com! The workers are friendly and quick to serve. It's a little cafe right off of Kapiolani Blvd. not much seating on the inside but cute little boba and souffle pancake cafe :)

No need to wait in long lines for Japanese souffle pancakes at brunch restaurants in Waikiki. Come to this hidden gem instead!They offer a wide variety of flavors for their souffle pancakes like chocolate, mango, strawberry, etc. Regardless of the flavor and toppings you choose, you're guaranteed to have fluffy and jiggly souffle pancakes! My favorite here is actually their fresh and homemade castellas. They don't jiggle like the pancakes, but they're SO light and fluffy, like spongecake but even lighter and fluffier! You feel like you're eating a cloud, which is such a soft and nice feeling in your mouth.Their castellas come in both sweet and savory flavors. I've tried pretty much all of them at this point because I was THAT in love with their castellas, but my favorite remains their original flavor.The shop is tiny with seating for only about 4-6 people, so be prepared to take your food to-go.

We came here with low expectations since it was a last minute find with our fluffy soufflé pancakes cravings. This spot only seats about 4-5 people so it is tiny — we got lucky to find two seats to enjoy our soufflé pancakes there. We opted to try the pineapple and mango li hing one with a matcha latte (50% sweetness). The fluff was great and freshly warm — I’m surprised it came out so quickly too. I like the eggy taste in the pancakes so it was great. Make sure each bite is smothered in the mango and li hing sauce to have the best bite each time. The matcha drink was also delicious with actual matcha flavor and not too sweet. It helped balance the soufflé since it was sweet, so the drink being lighter in sweetness was perfect. It was a total around $19. There’s a parking lot you need to pay for behind the shop, but they validate for 20 minutes if you can get there and eat within that timeframe, and even if you go over, it’s only $1 per 20 minutes.
