There are no words to describe how INCREDIBLE this dining experience was, but I'll try. My husband and I got married in Hawaii and were staying in a beautiful penthouse Airbnb in Honolulu and thought, why not entertain our 5 guests here instead of a restaurant for our reception? The best decision we have ever made (besides marrying each other ;) ) was choosing Course Hawaii for our dinner.We chose the package with 3 passed canapes, and 3 seated courses. My husband is vegetarian, I'm pescetarian-ish and our family are meat-eaters and they were able to alter our menu accordingly for no extra charge which was much appreciated.Chef Laraine is a culinary God among mortals. Her food was absolutely exquisite and our family literally have not stopped talking about it since!! They said the filet melted in their mouths and everyone said it was the best food they've ever had. I had the butter poached lobster with my tofu steak (with a mushroom cream sauce and truffle mashed potatoes - I'm still dreaming about this dish!) and it also melted in my mouth. Every. single. bite. Every. single. course. P E R F E C T I O N.Although we didn't hire a bartender, the server that came (I forget her name, I'm sorry!! But she was totally AWESOME!!) was delightful and served us the alcohol we purchased, water and cleaned up between each course with fresh cutlery. The level of service is so professional and they truly make it a hands-off experience in the best way.They were cognizant of our time schedule, as we wanted to catch the Waikiki fireworks on our wedding night and had everything cleaned and packed up with ample time for us.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Chef Laraine and Course Hawaii!

Course was hired for a special wedding event and what an amazing experience it was. The meal and service was impeccable. Everything was outstanding and spectacular. Staff were kind and courteous and very hardworking. Appetizers were delicious and made fresh and perfect. The main course was amazing and truly one of the best meals we had in Hawaii. Portions were large and filling and most important everything was prepared perfectly with high quality ingredients . It was incredible from the service to the food. Chef Larraine and her assistant were kind caring and provided 5 star service. Highly recommend Course Hawaii catering for your next big or small event. They made this special day exceptionally perfect. Loved every second of this experience. Truly Fantastic!!!
