sweet dave’s location right in waiks, so if you’re here showing any visiting friends around this is a convenient place to go to get them some local flavors for ice cream. i always loved going to dave’s growing up! they do one of the best ube ice creams on the island for sure. my other favorite is their macadamia nut. staff was friendly at this location and it was very clean and cute. great outdoor seating in a nice environment.
So glad we found this place and while we have stayed in this area for years we had no idea this place was here literally next store from where we stay. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Ilikai hotel and condos. Walking in very modern and bright location with very friendly staff. My wife had the banana royale with butter pecan and Hawaiian mud pie and I had a double scoop of banana fudge and Hawaiian mud pie. Lots of seating outside to enjoy in their open air space.
