DFS, Hawaii Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

I'm not a fan of airports, I just get a little nervous and anxious. They can be overwhelming and just a lot going on. However, I did feel that the Daniel K Inouye International Airport wasn't too bad. Everything was easy to read and straightforward. Surprisingly the time we went, there seemed to not be a ton of people. Going through security wasn't too bad. You do have to take off your shoes. I was in this airport for a short transfer between SEA and HND. I didn't have much time between my flights so I was a little agitated. I had to walk across the airport as my next flight was located at the other end. I wish they had those moving walkways but they didn't have any. I wanted to look at the departure board immediately after getting off the plane but the departure board was few and far in between. There is something about arriving at this airport that makes me happy.I have flown here to the island 9 times, and the second we land, I know that I will be less stressed .It also definitely depends on who you are traveling with .The airport itself is very easy to fly in and out of.We have been lucky to never miss a flight, and the Hawaiians have a way of making you feel Ohana .There are a few favorite places to eat and shop as wait for your next flights.Cannot wait to return...read full review
