No appointments done over the phone.In-person name of the building is Military & Family Services, but online to make an appt it's called "JBPHH, Naval Station Pearl Harbor" or Pearl Harbor DEERS / ID Card Office.My experience was Walk Ins wait about 30min to an hour from about 7am til 10am. Haven't been to this in years, but came to do some business at the ID office. And oh boy, this place sucks. Appointments are fully booked online and they don't take walk ins. In my experience I made an appointment. From what I was told their system is always down, and when I get the system is down. There are federal workers standing around and not doing anything, drinking coffee and doing personal stuff. It's nice to have a salary I guess. The Military Fleet and Family Support (MFFS) Office is a great resource available to military families nationwide and overseas! They have been especially helpful to me and my family for nearly 25 years!
