Best Pizza in Oahu!

Went today hoping for some good pizza. The shop's been cleaned out and a sign says closed until further notice :-(

Would love to support local but I can’t in good conscious recommend this establishment after dealing with employees that do not understand what customer experience is. I entered Ohana Hale on Ward in the morning of 11/21 and an employee flagged me down to tell me that they are not open yet. Not a big deal so I headed toward the exist. As I was walking, she said the following out loud to her coworker, “omg, how many times do I have to tell you people. I had to yell out 10 times and get up”. I was flabbergasted. Now this got me upset so I turned around and asked to see her manager as I don't think she thought I understood english. She mentioned her name is Judy and claimed to be the manager in charge of running the whole place. Proceeded to tell me how she has to tell people 20 times every morning and that she muttered the comments to herself so she doesn’t understand why I would be upset. Suggestion, if you don’t want people to enter early lock the doors and don’t have an open sign lit outside. Most important, you don’t have the right to take it out on me. If you’re having a bad day, stay home. Honestly, a simple apology would have cooled me off because customer service is not berating me for being upset since she made comments “just made to herself”. Customer service is not having your employee video us on her phone to threaten to post online. Bullying customers like that is not cool and we should never be treated this way. Honestly, the vendors are probably solid and we should do everything to support them during these difficult times. As I exited, a gentleman working the coffee shop was gracious enough to show compassion and offer complimentary coffee after seeing how I was treated. Thank you as that was a sign of true Aloha. One day I may very well go back and give the Marketplace another chance due to the nice gentleman selling coffee, but right now just not worth the risk for anyone having to deal with being treated unruly by the staff at Ohana Hale Marketplace.

Another place that I tried first at work...it's located in Ohana Hale Market. It's in the back left corner after you walk in the main entrance. They have a wide range of different pies that come in a nice rectangular shape. They can cut it in how many slices you may need. I'm not going to talk about all the different toppings...I got pepperoni and all I got to say...delicious!!! One of my favorites!!! So fricken worth it!!! Try it you won't be disappointed!!!

I'd been hearing a lot of Garibaldi's and we had tried to stop in before but were greeted with quite a long line. Second time was a charm as we arrived earlier than the lunch crowd and was able to order a whole pizza. They will allow you 2-3 selections of their premade topping choices. The toppings are ample and balance out the thicker crust. I would definitely return. You may want to follow them on Instagram as sometimes they have to close for the day, so it would be best to get updates there. Also, I believe Sundays are reserved for whole pies only, no single slices. Garibaldi's is located in Ohana Hale Marketplace. The staff are very friendly!

Great new(ish) pizza place located in the back of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Was seeing photos of their pies all over Instagram and Facebook and had to see what all the fuss was about. They did not disappoint! Ordered a Half & Half pizza with half Pepperoni and half Spinach, Garlic & Mushroom. It's a Sicilian style pan pizza, so the bottom crust is thick and bready, but the edges are thin and crunchy. I'm usually a no crust or edges sort of guy (I'll dig out the center piece in a pan of brownies), but I actually stole all the corner pieces of this pizza! The Pepperoni is a pepperoni lover's DREAM. I've never seen this much meat on 1 pizza before. Great overall pie coverage, and each piece of sausage was double- to quadruple-stacked. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Highly recommended. The Spinach, Garlic & Mushroom was just so-so for me. Certainly not bad by any means, but I found it a little lacking in flavor, most notably garlic. I'd prefer Boston's' spinach & garlic pizza. That being said, I stole some pepperonis from the Pepperoni half of the pizza (there was MORE than enough to go around) and that really kicked it up a notch. Spinach, Garlic, Mushroom & Pepperoni FTW. Just 1 caveat: Be prepared to wait (but it's worth it). I ordered online for pickup at 3:45 (well after the lunch rush) on a Saturday, and was told it wouldn't be ready until 4:30 due to "unusually high" order volume. Not a big deal, since I had a couple errands to run on the way (dropping off my ballot at Kanewai Park. Don't forget to VOTE!!). Got to OHM at about 4:25 and my pizza had just come out of the oven right on time as promised! TLDR; Pizza good. You should eat.

Friends brought over Garibaldi's for our staycation this past weekend and it was REALLY good. Heard they are located in the Ohana marketplace on ward ave. We tried their half & half pizza, which you choose 2 choices. It was 14 piece square cut pizza. Half spinach, mushroom & garlic, other half pepperoni. Both were Amazing. The amount of pepperoni is a pepperoni lovers dream. The spinach, mushroom & garlic was my fave. Definitely will try here again, and actually go to restaurant for an updated review.

The best pizza in town, ono! Good, courteous, friendly service. I sometimes go there 2x a week. NY style pizza. I used to like thin crust, not anymore. Their crust is always cooked all the way through, (not raw like the other guys). I can't wait till they have a restaruant.

It's pretty hard to find good pizza on the island, but Garibaldi's is an absolute gem. The service is fantastic, prices are reasonable, and the pizza is amazing! Disclaimer: they only do whole pizzas on Sundays. I wasn't aware of that, but I decided to just buy the whole pizza and take some home. You can get up to three of their speciality pizzas on a whole one, so I ordered the vodka basil, spinach and mushroom, and the smoked pork and onion. You can actually see them make the pizza in front of you and place the pizza in the oven. I thought I would have to wait awhile, but the pizza was ready in less than 20 minutes! On first bite, it's very apparent that their ingredients are fresh, which you can especially taste with the spinach and mushroom pizza. They are also extremely generous with the amount of toppings, which makes it completely worth $25 for the whole pizza. But my favorite part has to be the bread. It was so crunchy, thick, and not oily at all. My only reservation about Garibaldi's is that the pizza is quite heavy (I was pretty full after one slice). But, given the service provided (the lady working was very nice and helpful!), the quality of the ingredients, and the bang you get for your buck, I would absolutely come here again!

Definitely the best pizza! Generous toppings, excellent service, delicious and very reasonably priced too!

Walked past here the first time looking for something to eat. Then I kept seeing people with these brown paper bags and so when I walked by them again I decided to just grab a bite to try. I am so glad I did. I had the mushroom spinach pizza with their garlic sauce. The cream sauce was full of flavor and they were very generous on their amount of topping they put on the pizza. They heat it up and let me just say.... I will be back to try their other combinations ! The pizza dough is also light and airy with crispy edges. It is *muah*. Found out they also sell full pizza so hmmmm... maybe that is what I bring to a party once we are all allowed to get together again.

First time eating here and I have to admit that they've got one of the best pizzas in town. Good portion with a lot of toppings. Will definitely eat here more.

Seeing this on my IG feed for awhile I had to try it! Decided to order a whole pizza since I was down there and parking was a nightmare! To preface I didn't wait for a fresh pizza due to the crowd of people with and without masks in the shopping area, but ordered by the slice from the premise case. The mushroom pizza with the garlic sauce, ! Make sure to get the sauce on top! This was great! Good balance of flavors and matched the thick crust pizza! A must try! The cheese pizza...was meh. Loads of toppings and a sauce that was a little lackluster, I would not order it again.Service was amazing, the guy behind the counter was friendly and chatty! If you're in the area, stop by! Support this local business making some good pizza! We need more options like this to stick around!

Tasty and fresh pizza. Delivers that beautiful oven taste without the over priced brick oven price. Wish this place did carry out beyond the quarentine

Don't underestimate this spot in the Ohana Hale Marketplace! I've always passed by and never thought to try it. I thought it would be another "just okay" place to eat, but I was wrong. My mom wanted to eat there for her birthday and I said why not. There was already a line so that was a good sign. I wasn't sure if we were to order something from the menu that wasn't in the display that it would take a long time for them to make another pan of pizza. So we opted for two squares from the display. One was a tomato sausage pizza with fresh mozzarella, the other was the smoked pork with a garlic aoli white sauce. Both were toasted in the oven. The cashier even asked if we wanted extra white sauce, which of course we said yes! They even cut it in half and put parmesan cheese on both slices. It was perfect so we could share. The slices were a good size on fluffy focaccia bread. It reminded me of Golden Boy in San Francisco. I thought they were both very distinct flavors. We devoured them up and felt so satisfied with our choices. At only $4.50 a square and tax included for quality pizza, what's not to like?Maybe I was always around when they weren't open or closing, so it didn't appeal to me. But I will come back to try their Brussels Sprout Pizza.
