I have been coming here since 1995. I absolutely love the food and the staff is very efficient and friendly. The price can't be beat. Thank you Gulick for keeping things consistent and delicious for so many years.

Had several items from here. Honestly, next time I’ll forgo the chow fun and just stick with the garlic chicken and the tempura.

Had parking out front so I had to stop by. 2 plates fried noodles, lup cheong, plain hamburger patty, spam, fried chicken, potato salad. $32! Was onolicious, eaten roughly 4 hours after purchase.

Was disappointed they were not open the day after Thanksgiving as my family needed sushi and some food before going to the airport for their flight to LAS. It's understandable, but there was no sign posted, only for Thanksgiving. Good thing I told them to have a plan b.

This spot has been on my list for awhile. Happy I finally made it and with parking right in the front too! I love that the service is quick and you don't feel rushed trying to order. It's right in the residential area so street parking it is. Noticed some neighbors walking over for food, how convenient. Super casual vibes in there, very local style. So many choices like any okazuya place. It's easy for me to get carried away and I wasn't super hungry so I opted for the breakfast bento only $7.25 comes with fried rice, 2 eggs you choice and a choice of breakfast meat (spam, hot dog, or lup cheong). It was perfect. I wish I got the hot dog because I didn't realize it was the shoyu hot dog. I love those! Everything else looked super yum and I'll definitely be back!

Gulick Delicatessen a great Okazuya in the heart of Kalihi. Located at the top of Gulick Street just off of School St. There are a few parking stalls plus street parking. Exterior is the original building but the interior has been updated and is clean and sleek. Staff very friendly and helpful. Their food is very good and they consistently deliver great flavors. They offer an awesome variety of Okazuya favorites plus some great local favorites like deep fried tofu, fried Ahi, and sweet sour spareribs just to name a few. An awesome must try when you're having a craving for Okazuya!

There is never anything BAD about this place, or the food. I just have a hard time not fitting everything into my 1 plate! ? ?

The hash - all potato. Shrimp tempura - way too oily. Musubi with use- dry. Only moist item was the fried chicken. The kids hardly ate anything cause everything was so dry. Quality has changed & not as good as I remembered. Too bad. This was my last visit.
