Service great! Stuffed chicken wings yum! Summer roll great just wish they had a vegetarian version summer roll too. But sadly the pho soup was not hot as it usually is probably because we went at a not busy hour and WORST OF ALL, my water tasted like SOAP! that's scary to me because then you wonder how the dishes are being washed:( I've never had that happen in all the times we've eaten there which is at least twice a month. I was so sad.

The food was good and we enjoyed eating it family style so that everything was sampled. Our server was curt when my friends who were there for the first time and not too familiar with Vietnamese food asked a secobd time if a dish was spicy. She said, "I told you 'no!'" Senior citizens don't always hear well when there is background noise. She could use some training. Not sure I'll go back again.

My grand daughter loves Pho and she was happy with her dish. I had the worst yellow curry ever! Asked for hot it was mild and potatoes were not cooked through but since no server checked on us I removed them and placed on napkins. Needed to get my own napkins since 4 servers never returned to our table once. Service is poor unless you're a regular customer. Felt noticeably ignored once we ordered. I'm usually chill and asked for a mixed drink the server told me we don't have those. Table next to me asked for a Jack and coke he was told we don't have that so he got up and showed her the bottle behind bar. With so many good places I would go elsewhere.

Other previous posts are on point regarding the bad service and so so Viet foods. This should be a 0 star. I dont frequent this restaurant much due to previous labor law issues and mediocre foods. This one recent afternoon, my coworker and I were on a time crunch and we were nearby and I wanted Pho, so we decided to give this place another try. It has been years, so we were hopeful! Needless to say, this wasn't a good experience! They're now serving the soup in stainless steel bowls. And also use stainless steel chopsticks. Nothing wrong with this for most, obviously. For me, because of my hand/finger arthritis issues, I'm unable to hold on to these types of chopsticks for too long. Noodles are slippery, my fingers and hands get sore very quickly when I use stainless steel chopsticks. So very politely, I asked if I could have regular chopsticks instead. She replied "we don't have". I thought she thought I meant the regular reusable chopsticks. So I asked again, in Vietnamese again. (Bc I'm Vietnamese American, and my Vietnamese is not the best) "Oh, do you have disposal/wooden bamboo chopsticks that you give out for take-out orders? I don't mind using those"! She replied that they "have disposable chopsticks for takeouts only but will check with the manager if they can accommodate". She came back a few minutes later and stated "We can give you a fork, if you like. But no to wooden chopsticks. If you don't like it, you can leave". We were shocked by her response. Obviously, they don't need our business. And we left! They did not attempt to accommodate a simple request or to understand why. And just simply shocked at how rude the response was. I later shared my experience with my family. And they told me that it's known to many Vietnamese that the restaurant's owners and managers don't care AND actually prefer to not serve Vietnamese customers. This isn't an isolated incident. My suggestion: (especially Viet) peeps, avoid this place like a plague. I'd never thought I'd a subject of discrimination, let alone by my own people. If you want good Vietnamese food, check out two other nearby restaurants on Waialae, Super Pho and Waialae Pho. Better food, they appreciate your business, pleasant, and less expensive.

I was here recently and paid close to $7 for a takeout iced coffee, its a scoop of coffee and condensed milk. . That's more than most drinks at a starbucks, The food is also relatively expensive for a vietnamese restaurant and just normal quality. also, they were in the news recently for another violation of labor law regarding tips and wages of the employees.

Pho is the most famous, but everything on the menu is delicious. Healthy.Fresh spring rolls are recommended. The spring rolls are soft and the dipping sauce is unique and delicious.Wheelchair accessible, children's chairs available, and clean restrooms for men and women. It's crowded on weekend nights, with a line of people waiting outside.

One of my go to spots for pho. I love coming here when I'm craving for pho and their imperial rolls. Their pho has a decent amount of noodles and meat. I always get the combo pho and it's like a hug in a bowl. It's such a delicious clear broth. The imperial rolls are a must get when you come. It's a like a spring roll but with rice paper. Fried rice paper is so delicious and crunchy. The imperial roll comes a lot veggies and noodles for that added freshness. You won't regret ordering this when you come! Service was really good and our food was brought pretty quickly. Our waters kept getting refilled too. Our server was super on it.Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a yummy pho place!
