My wife and I are from Florida and just had an amazing evening at the Herringbone. I hadthis one of a kind banded snapper that was steamed in Chinese sauces and vegetables along with the side of octopus. It was absolutely amazing, like nothing I’d ever had before. The not so hidden Gem, but so so goood.We bounced by a few places before settling on Herringbone and it didn’t disappoint.The perfect balance between fine dining and casual we were blown away by the food.We went for all 3 of the recommendations our server Chad gave to us and he was on point with all 3. We walked into this lovely restaurant late one evening. I ordered the grilled calamari, and my sister ordered the hamburger. We tried each others and they were both amazing. The price was really good as well for the heart of the Waikiki tourist area. Service was professional and extremely pleasant. Didn't wait long at all for the food. It was all really close to perfect.
