This review is long overdue — but I’m still dreaming of these treats I bought in November from HI Angeltreats: thanksgiving-themed cupcakes for a military spouse event and basketball cupcakes for my daughter’s team. Aren’t they adorable? These cupcakes are some of the best I’ve ever had.They are expertly decorated - the piping texture and designs are unique. They are obviously beautiful to look at, but I’m sure you are wondering what I thought of the taste?I’ll start with the frosting: there’s a perfect amount; it’s not over the top. The flavor isn’t super sweet, either (I don’t like overly sweet). It was a delicious buttercream with a fresh and natural taste.And the cupcake? It’s hard to decide which one I liked better - vanilla or chocolate…The vanilla has a rich vanilla-butter flavor. The chocolate is deep and fudgey. No air holes, so the texture is a small crumb. It doesn’t fall apart while biting into it, either, so it makes me wonder what the secret technique is — Cake flour? Not overmixing? I’m no expert, but I’m not naive when it comes to baking, either. It’s a science and an art. I love to bake and have made many things, but never at “pro” level. HI Angel Treats is there. I highly recommend this bakery!

The cupcakes taste amazing and moist and the frosting is perfect- not too sweet and made everything is made with real ingredients. Her chocolate covered pretzel rods are delicious and the custom Oreos are gorgeous.

I attempted to make some owl cupcakes on my own, but was unsuccessful. With only a few days notice, HI Angeltreats came up with the design and made me exactly what I needed! Easy pick-up, individually packaged, and were absolutely a hit. Highly recommend!

WOW! Just WOW! Between my stress of my daughter's graduation and work, I fell behind on getting my mother's 90th birthday celebration planned. With her birthday on a Sunday, and it already being Wednesday, my bakery choices were limited, so I looked on Yelp and found the beautiful pictures posted on HiAngel. Her name fits her - she was an absolute angel!! She is very responsive and agreed to take on my order on such short notice and worked with me on the pick up time. I gave her minimal instructions for a cupcake bouquet and 12 cupcakes. My mom was so happy and everyone didn't want to eat them - "How can you eat something so pretty?" A server at the restaurant said, "OMG! I thought that was a real flower centerpiece!" They were beautiful and "delicious" (said everyone). They weren't as sweet as they look. I normally remove frosting, but ate all the frosting it was that good! My cousin said, "You can tell these were made from scratch! It's yummy!" YES THEY WERE! I will definitely contact Angel again when the need arises!

She was super accommodating and willing to try something new based on what I had in mind. Ordering was a breeze, and the communication was clear and timely. Not only were the mermaid flower cupcakes absolutely GORGEOUS, they were incredibly delicious as well. I have not really ever found cupcakes that are equally beautiful and delicious, until now! We asked Angel to prepare a large, 30-cupcake bouquet for our daughter's birthday. We gave her full creative license and were blown away by the incredible and delicious art she made for us; people actually gasped when we brought this out. Angel also helped coordinate a pickup time that let us bring the cake straight to the party so that it wouldn't have to be frozen or refrigerated. We highly recommend HI Angeltreats!
