The Moana Surfrider location of Iced Hisbiscus Ginger Tea chain cafe has both a charming exterior and interior, with plenty of seating for you to relax and enjoy your drink and/or food. The space is bright, and well maintained. Aside from your usual coffee shop menu items, they also have gifts and souvenirs for sale.It wasn't busy around mid afternoon when I visited the cafe too kill some time, so I was able to place my order and get my drink pretty quickly. The staff here were friendly, and the overall service was pretty standard.I ordered the Iced Hisbiscus Ginger Tea, since I haven't had this flavour of Iced tea before. It had the usual sour and tart tastes of hiabiscus with a hint of spice from the ginger. The flavours blended well together, but I can't say it's something that I would go out of my way to order again.

Never going back. Cold hot coffee was served. Worst Açai I have ever had. Staffs were on the phone and chatting whole time during working hours

Great coffee! My fiance had the Hawaiian latte, and he loved it. I had a plain croissant, it was really good, perfectly light and flaky. I went back the next day for another! Highly recommend stopping here if you are staying in the area.Parking: No parking on site. You’ll need to park at the mall or at the hotel (Moana Surfrider) itself and then walk.

Photos are from on the beach what is just behind the shop. Coffee is amazing. You won't be disappointed. The bowl is also just as great. Location is fantastic because at 6am there is hardly anyone on the beach. I highly suggest. They also open at 6am when nothing else is open. Love you guys.

In Australia, there is very high quality espresso coffee in every restaurant/cafe/bakery/whatever.. this is not the case in Waikiki, there are only 3 companies I have found over my years.. that even use an espresso machine.. and this is 1 of them (well this is actually a chain of stores), so its about as good as it gets in Hawaii. There are other nearby branches, 1 a few blocks west which had queues down the street (which is absurd), they obviously dont know about this location.... this store always had short queues when I visited, and so this is where we go if we want a fast coffee... rather than somewhere like Kona that has better food but can be an hour wait..

Not recommended as of April 2024?I visited around 7:30 in the morning on April 10th, and the store was crowded, and the girl handing over the items from the counter was screeching. The air was terrible. It's partly because my English is bad, but I was treated roughly by a gray-haired woman with loosely tied hair, and I couldn't communicate well with her, which made me feel bad. Although he was smiling at the other customers, he was just glaring at me, acting like I was making fun of him. I felt discriminated against. Even though it is a place where there are many tourists from non-English speaking countries, and it is adjacent to the historic Moana Surfrider, I never imagined that I would be treated so poorly just because I couldn't communicate in English. .Honolulu Coffee used to be my favorite coffee shop, but next time I come back to Tokyo, I will eat there. If you want to drink coffee in Waikiki, there are many other great options, so this is not a place you should feel bad about buying.
