Very disappointed. It is a cute coffee shop but the service was terrible and ruined the experience. I had tipped when I paid and once I tried the drink realized they gave me regular milk instead of almond milk. When I went back they were very rude, making it feel like it was my error and were not being accommodating. I ended up not getting another drink and wouldn’t recommend this place. Had a much better experience at other coffee shops nearby.

A popular coffee spot in O’ahu, Hawaii!?☕️I managed to make a couple of stops at this Honolulu Coffee location during my trip!Atmosphere: Located in the lobby area of the Prince Waikiki resort, the coffee shop is located on the right-hand side if you’re entering from the front! The aesthetic is clean with a pop of color from the leafy green wallpaper. There is also a small space behind the shop that’s dedicated to merch!Service: The orders were always prepared quickly and any adjustments to the coffees (i.e. different milk, reduced sweetness, etc.) that needed to be made were noted quickly.Menu items: I tried their Hawaiian Latte, Ube Latte, and Chia Seed Pudding! I loved all of menu items with the Ube Latte having the most unique presentation! This was my favorite coffee spot that I got to go to during my trip!?☕️

Honolulu Coffee has locations in hotels and malls all over the island, but I am just reviewing the Prince Waikiki location. If you are staying at the Prince, you get free Keurig pods, and they serve ok coffee at 100 Sails during breakfast. But personally, I would much rather go to HC and pay a few extra dollars for great Kona coffee. I usually come down early, sit outside with a delicious cup of coffee, listen to the birds, enjoy the weather, and then pray that I will survive another day with my extended family. It's like therapy. The baked goods are ok, but they are expensive - the guava bread is something you don’t often see on the mainland and might be worth trying. Just be aware that they don’t show prices, so you find out what things cost at the register. I would recommend going on their website first to find out the prices because some items are pretty expensive (e.g. breakfast burrito is $14.50). It’s located right in the lobby, so there’s plenty of seating including a pleasant outdoor section. One word of advice - it can get super crowded during peak hours (7am - 9am), so if you are in a hurry (or are super impatient), I would recommend placing an order through their website just before leaving your room. It’s basically like skipping the line, but without the guilt. The people working there have always been friendly with me, so it’s always been a pleasure to go to Honolulu Coffee. They also sell assorted HC swag which are nice, but again, pretty pricey and no prices until the register.

The coffee is pretty good. If you are staying in the hotel it is probably your best option if you’re staying near by it’s probably worth the walk. The POG is very good. I generally get a cappuccino. It was consistently good. The breakfast burrito was fine, the cookies were good not too salty, the drip was ok. I tried several other coffee shops near by this was one of the best. Illy’s and Dean and Delucas might have been better, but it was a close call and there are much further away.

There is Honolulu Coffee on the first floor of the hotel. You must have a drink when you come to Hawaii.

I was staying at the Waikiki Prince last weekend and noticed that Honolulu Coffee opened in the lobby recently. They have limited hours, but offer some food options as well as coffee and tea drinks. Reasons it could have been better? The service was poor, they don't validate parking and the drinks are expensive for the value. It's not worth it. There are so many other better coffee places in Honolulu, you're much better off skipping this one, even if you are staying in the Hotel. Waikiki Prince recently changed their parking policy and it is something like $7 per hour now to park here without validation. I thought I'd be able to park here for a couple hours and get validated at Honolulu Coffee, NOPE. The cashier was rude about it and admitted she didn't know the parking policy, only that they didn't provide validation. I should have walked away at that point, but there was a long line and I was committed to my small chai latte and cookie ($10). The chai was too spiced for me. I ended up throwing most of it away. Not worth the $6 at all. Skip this place and go to Ali'i coffee in downtown honolulu.

We went here 3x on our weeklong vacation and we didn't even stay at this hotel. The acai bowl is really good as well.

Tastes like all the other Honolulu coffee spots! Consistent flavor for your favorites like their Hawaiian latte. It's inside prince Waikiki hotel which is beautiful btw. Would love to stay here on my next trip.

MAN, the 5 ladies behind the counter couldn't be more unfriendly. Ordering, I wasn't clear on what "warmed" meant when asking for my pastry to be just heated, the girl behind the counter pointedly let me know that toasted is heated. I'd stepped away for a second while settling my daughter at a table, then went back to collect my order being ignored by the 2 Berista's who obviously saw me standing at the counter to ask them if the coffee unlabeled may have been Joelle's, and if I could take the food labeled with my name, and the pointed response was "yeah, if it has your name on it, then yeah?!". Wow! ? Hawaii shows their Aloha spirit everywhere, especially in the hotels/resorts, so I was taken aback with these ladies.

If you're staying at the Prince or nearby, checkout Honolulu Coffee -- great drinks and breakfast options. We got their matcha and iced americano and both tasted great! Their matcha has a strong flavor and is not too sweet (which is personally preferred). We didn't get to try their breakfast, but they have a wide variety of items, including burritos, açaí bowls, sandwiches, chia pudding and overnight oats. There's a lot to choose from so it's especially nice to visit when you're on the go in the morning.

Avoid this location if you can. They close at 5:00pm, I stopped by at 4:20pm and all of the bins were already locked, staff not friendly at all. Drinks are same price as other locations but don't include as much. In every other location a Gibraltar includes expresso beans and water, here just the coffee in a paper cup. Go to any of the other locations, they are wonderful.
