Staff (Jasmine) recently made fun of someone who lost their infant daughter and posted the pictures of the baby online for others to see. Please do not support this business. When asked to take it down, was not remorseful.
Jasmine Samiere daughter of the ceo is known to post pictures of DECEASED infant babies it’s truly sickening. She says she is not ashamed and would do it again. You’re a sick human being and you deserve to rot.

This company does not advertise exactly what they are sending. I purchase fish from several companies, and because I am from Hawaii and love sashimi, I decided to purchase fish from them. I expected it to be flash frozen in about 8 oz. portions. Instead the fish came unfrozen in one pound portions. If you don't mind taking the extra time to divide it up, go for it. The fish was good, but the extra time to divide it up was not. I will not be buying fish from them again.

Beware...$700 worth of Fish I received was not good. There was a Putrid, sickly smell in each vacuum package. Cold water rinse got rid of smell. But after small consumption of Salmon, Ahi, Hamachi, ended up with tingling tongue, taste of how packaging smelled, diarrhea and nose bleed for 3 days. Customer service said they would refund. No refund and no response to subsequent emails and phone calls. Had to submit claim with Bank to get refund. Also submitted complaint with BBB.

I live in the mainland, but my parents live in Hawaii. For special occasions I like to send them gifts and found this company on Goldbelly initially. I spent $400+ in April. My parents owned restaurants so they could see the fish was fresh on my 1st order.Come September it was Korean thanksgiving. I order again this time directly from HFC and another $400 order but this time my mother said salmon was not fresh. She said that fresh fish has a firmness/bounce but the fish was soft and soggy. My mom is in her 70s has been cooking for over 50 years…she knows her stuff.I said as such to customer service who only responds they are fresh and not frozen. Ok? So nothing else?I don’t mind paying for quality products, but if the quality is not up to par I won’t be doing business again here. I warn others too: it’s definitely not cheap and if quality is not good then it’s a scam to pay these prices.I should have ordered with Goldbelly then who would act on a complaint. I own a few businesses too so we know losing a regular customer isn’t worth it. Bc a regular customer will spend a lot over time. I have spent close to $900 in 5 months. But another Hawaiian company will benefit from their loss.

I ordered Hawaiian Ono and King Salmon, the delivery was on time, fish was still cold, packed very well. The quality of the fish was excellent. Extremely happy with the service and the product received on my fist purchase
