This lounge has no food and does not allow outside food. Water is poured via a pitcher. Only soft drinks, very calm environment and nice place to relax. The staff are friendly and do tell you about no food and limited drinks. There is no alcoholic drinks here as well…. Can’t say this is my fav lounge

2024.02It's a credit card lounge so don't expect much.I think it's a very nice lounge, with juices and a nice atmosphere.The only disappointing thing is that even though it's a Priority Pass lounge, you don't get any benefits from it.They also have a lot of Hawaiian juices, so that's a big plus.

They don't serve food or alcohol here, but the drinks are cold and the furniture is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is elegant and reflects a lot about Hawaiian culture. The lounge is also air conditioned and has free wifi, as well as opening onto the Hawaiian gardens outside.

I came to the lounge but decided to leave without checking in. I’m not even sure what the point of the lounge is. No food, no alcohol. Priority Pass is pretty useless.

Just got drinks like coke or juices (no sparkling water or something without sugar…), no food allowed, the free airport internet works better, doesn’t have bathrooms or any other services. Service in the front desk is ok but nothing special… they only are aware of check your pass and refill the four drinks options that have to offer. Seats are comfortable but so close one to each other. Almost no space for bags.
