Great idea! Inspired by the idea from Thailand. It is the first time I am seeing this kind of ice cream serving...Impressive to see the ice cream rolls are hand made in front of your eyes in few min.Little corner with food trucks just off the Waikiki beach. I tried the strawberry flavour.Highly recommendedThis truck has been in business for the last 5 years, I am very glad I tried out visiting this place.... it deserves highest score and many likes... well done ?
A very pleasant experience with the man making ice cream today, 3/22, I didn't catch his name sadly but he was extremely friendly. He was able to joke around with my sister and I as we ordered which was great, especially being able to learn that he's relatively new to the area. Would go again just for him and maybe to try a new flavor.Ice cream is pretty average, milk and whatever ingredients you want so that flavor is primarily on you.
