Very disappointed in this IHOP. We waited around 10 minutes to be seated, but there were lots of empty tables and booths. When we were finally seen to we were taken to a small table, fot 4 of us. I asked for a booth as there were at least 5 available right next to where we were being seated. Once we got our booth, it took 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. At this point we thought it would be best to order our food too otherwise we would be waiting ages. The food took ages to come, and when it did it was bought out bit by bit and was cold. To top it off the server had forgotten 2 portions of pancakes so we had to wait again for them. This was a very bad experience, especially because it was our last breakfast in Waikiki before flying home. We were left feeling very let down.

When I went there at 7:00 in the morning, there were several customers in line. I thought it would be crowded, but there were almost no tables left. why? There were only two staff members to be found in the large store. Don't you feel like working at all? Although the tables were mostly empty, there was no atmosphere to show them around, and many customers gave up and left after seeing this. This is no good. I also left.

Came in to have a late breakfast, was met with a very rude and abrupt server who yelled at us to write our names on a list without any explanation or time frame. Poor customer service and made us turn around and walk out.

I love IHop, and I have been going to this IHOP every 2 yrs. or so since I've been staying at the Hilton. The wife and I ate 4 times there, and the service was poor due to only having 1 waiter. We waited 1 hour for food at lunch, and my sandwich was soggy, and my fries were dead cold. The other times we had breakfast, and once I ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled eggs. I didn't say anything and just ate them. Service was better at breakfast at 7 am,much worse at 8 am.

Upon walking in the restraunt smelled like a dirty diaper. After waiting to be seated, because the server was out side on the phone, a kitchen worker walked out and said it was a 15 minute wait; there were only 3 tables seated. Even if there was only one cook, why could we not be seated and told that the kitchen was a bit slow tonight. But if the cook can't handle 8 people's orders over s spread out time, maybe the store should be better managed. No more IHOP for me.

We came in and left before being seated because the host was rude to the togo customer who had difficulty understanding them and rather than explaining what he was saying he just got loud and spoke condescendingly slow to her. After she left he mumbled something under his breath too. There's plenty of local breakfast places close by. The front guy there on March 2nd 2024 around 12pm should work on first appearances.

Two of us waited over and hour for our food before we finally walked out. We ordered two berry salads one with grilled chicken and one with crispy chicken. Went to another restaurant.

I went to have breakfast and it was delicious! You can walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the Pink Line stops there, so it was perfect for waiting.Kid-friendliness: There were also families with children.
