Overcharged on our bill, dropped a glass of water w/ ice on our table, orders were wrong, took three requests to get water and received half of that.I can't explain how incompetent this team is and not working together. The manager should be fired! My father-in-law ordered a simple breakfast and was the last to receive the order, 1 hour later. This brought me to a boiling point. Then the waitress disappeared for awhile.

Clean , well staffed, and the service was quick.Parking: Best to get there early as a group. Parking can get tricky as the Dunkin Donut drive through can make it tricky to maneuver at different high peak hour times of day.Wheelchair accessibility: May have some issues with the larger width wheel chairs for manuering and seating.

The food here is fine, but it feels dirty and unsafe. There were 3 bums sleeping next to the window of the table we were seated at. I felt uneasy, so we decided to go elsewhere. The server explained that they support the homeless people camping in front of their restaurant because they are "down on their luck". Maybe if that were true, those guys would be all seated together at a table and eating a free breakfast. There are shelters for these people, but they don't go because they want the freedom to do their drugs. That is a choice, and IHOP made a choice to not get my business today too.

This IHOP is more of a homeless shelter than restaurant. Upon pulling up there were three homeless men literally sleeping up against the exterior wall. When I mentioned this to the staff, her response was: "We don't judge people down on their luck". She did however judge a paying customer for wishing to have breakfast in a clean, safe environment. At the end of the day, those homeless men were not the problem - She was! We took our business to Liliha Bakery down the street instead.

Forgot to take pics and can't remember our servers name, but she was awesome and able to accommodate our group of 20+ people. The food took a while, but we were ok with the wait. The food was OK, however they ran out of black tea and I opted for hot water instead. Overall the experience here was good.Parking: The entrance is to the side of the building. So best for you to park alongside if you want a quick entry. There is ample parking between IHOP and Dunkin Donuts. Both eateries split the parking for their establishments.Wheelchair accessibility: Handi parking is around the corner from the entrance. There's only one Handi parking for IHOP. If that parking is taken, then you have to park in the general parking area, this might be a problem if you're wheelchair ♿️ bound.
