The gentleman working this morning was very helpful and friendly despite being alone and busy. I always come here for their affogato with Hawaiian Sea Salt Caramel my favorite. If you’re in the Kahala area you should definitely check it out!

Horrible experience. My other half and I went to this place to order Gelato. The guy who helped us basically didn't treat us with kindness and we felt like we was being rushed. Mind you, I also work at a Gelato/Sorbet place as well but I don't be talking to customers the way he did. If you don't like your job, then QUIT simple as that. Do better especially since you're representing your store!

This was my second time coming here and I have to say the gelato is delicious it's sweet but not overly sweet. Workers were nice except the manager, I came here with my Grandma sweetest lady you'll ever meet she's never mean unless you press her buttons. We had been walking around to return and buy some items and decided to stop for some gelato. We were checking out and the manager come up to the counter and says very rudely "your dog peed in front of my stand" and said he was calling security!? First of all he is a 12 year old senior dog who has bad bladder issues. Second of all he's a dog he can't hold it. Lastly we were perfectly fine with cleaning it up (which we did by the way) His attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude I wouldn't be surprised if he talked like that to everybody! 2/5 stars maybe even 1/5 stars would not recommend if you have a dog with bad bladder issues! The 2 other staff that helped us were way nicer and they were both were younger than him unbelievable. Will include a picture of my old man dog.

I bought a cafe latte while shopping. A cute part-time worker who looked like Crystal Kay served customers in Japanese. He was very polite and kind.At the end, I was moved to see him bow his head and say, ``Thank you very much.''After that, the cafe latte (L) (made by another person) was too full and when I opened the lid, it spilled out, but the customer service was so good that I could forgive it lol

We come here every so often for gelato but I was craving waffles with fresh fruits and was at the mall to watch the chinese lion dance so we got some food to enjoy while watching. It was super crowded but we got to relax, eat, watch, & enjoy. Great service. Waffles were delicious!

They add an extra $1 in addition to the price of the items you ordered and try to play it off as if it’s just the taxes!I ordered the 4 scoop gelato in a waffle bowl . The manager who assisted me told me it was 8.75 + 1 (waffle bowl). I paid but then later found they had charged an extra $1 that was not advertised. I tried to explain the situation and she was adamant in saying that $8.75+$1+0.50tax=$11.25.Instead of explaining how the extra dollar was added to my bill, she got defensive and kept saying that was just the tax, do you want a refund, and acted like they lost several customers cuz I took too long making my selection after I only tried 2 flavors before orderingThe whole experience was extremely unprofessional! I will not be coming back!

Wow amazing food I got the vegetarian panini and it was delicious. Don't know if they make their own bread but yum! I could smell it stores away. I wish I had room for desert their crepes and gelato look so good. My only rec is plz add tuna sandwich! Would taste so good with ur Bread!

11/2023Stopped by on a spur of the moment decision for lunch after a workout. Have always seen it and always wanted to try it. Girls are very friendly and the menu is interesting. While the food menu is simple and enticing, we wish it had a couple more selections. The sandwiches are pre-made, and we both tried the chicken panini. It was missing something, and we both agreed. A little aioli would've been good as the sandwich just fell a little short. Would love to see them reduce the health smoothies a little so they can carry more food items. We really wanted to like it a lot more. A helpful suggestion would be to consolidate the machinery around the counter so they can "see" the counter space in front of the customers and better service them. May not be back, but if we do, hopefully, we'll be pleasantly surprised. Still, I'm rooting for this location in a high traffic area. It is worth a first-time try. ?✌️
