Do NOT order baked goods here. Everything we ordered (9 am on a Friday morning) was absolutely disgusting. We threw some out after one bite. They were at least three days old and in a refrigerated case that dried them out even more. It's too bad, because they clearly were high quality to begin with and would have been excellent if fresh. But any place that refrigerated bakery items is doing that so they can sell things that aren't fresh, so I doubt this was a fluke.

Have not been here in several weeks. I came to try the fish burger. However, the Poki display was empty! It looked so bare. You could have filled the gap with some shell servings like oysters, muscles or shrimp. At least, it would look decent! I realize the expense but a one time shot. Also, the food presentation was not attractive. It's just my thought and criticism! Seems like entres and the specials are the same. Perhaps a little more creativity is needed!!! The service is still great!! The deli is still satisfactory!!!

Really friendly service and a fair amount of options to satisfy your hunger. Prices are touristy but that's a given for the location. Food was good most times I went, but the bakery was hit or miss (some good, some dry). Coffee was good though!

Great grocery, deli and bakery to pick up drinks, food, fruit, ready made food and souvenirs. It may be a bit pricey, but still cheaper than dining out! It's a great grocery option if you want to take things back to your hotel room if visiting. We did not have time to try their kimchi fried rice and ube rolls in their bakery. Their tapioca is tasty - I tried the ube/taro one - yum! I also picked up a fresh rainbow papaya that just melts in your mouth. If you spend over $100 you get a free gift so save your receipts. There are lots of cute things here for kids. Will need to come back again to try other things. Staff are all terrific and friendly.

Good variety. A tad bit overpriced. Coffe shop inside has some flavors full drinks and pasterises.

Very impressed with the staff, service and selection of food here! Probably some of the best breakfast options for the selection and price. When comparing the pricing and options in the area, hands down this is a solid choice. It's basically an upscale ABC Store with the same friendly service and smile. Seating is limited so best to take it back to your hotel. The breakfast foods were great for the price but you're limited on customizations or changes to the order, they stick to their menu pretty closely. All in all great spot, had breakfast here two days in a row. Best bang for your buck, hands down.

Not amused with this place anymore! I don't come here very often, but today they REALLY pissed me off! I asked for more than one spoon with my order after paying and they complained that they "can not do that here" and then bitched for money for a scoop of ice later on! They took it further by complaining about me taking up more than one seat (2 seats) while I ate my meal. I was charging my phones and wanted to put my bag in the seat for that space while I ate. There wasn't anyone else sitting in the area and they weren't busy so there absolutely wasn't any need to be concerned about seating! I don't come here often at all anymore and I tend to regret it because of negative energy, but they really pissed me off and offended me this time! I am not amused with this shitty and pretentious attitude, energy, and treatment and I will easily and gladly take my f**ing money elsewhere and not come here even less! F**k you!

The pastries were lacklustre with no chocolate in the chocolate croissant (just drizzle in the top) and the ham and cheese had mustard and the cheese was not particularly nice. Coffee was weak but drinkable. However it is a cheaper bakery in the area and the large coffee was less than $5.

Good variety of items but you will pay a premium because its a tourist trap. The breakfast here is subpar and if you can go elsewhere you should. We paid $13 for a sad looking breakfast with small portions. Youre better off finding a mcdonalds. We also bought a spam musubi but the rice was really hard and seemed old.

Not worth the price ... Very little ube syrup for all 3 stacks of pancakes, they should have added an extra syrup on the side. Pancake is ordinary and does not really taste like ube - it was just food coloring. The spam was very salty compared to other spams I've tried , and almost $5 for only 3 pieces. Frying eggs should be simple but these eggs seemed rushed and less appetizing. I'll pay more for a better taste and quality of pancakes - will not recommend this place.

Very convenient! Friendly, welcoming staff and has pretty much everything you might have missed packing. We also had their breakfast and found it to be tasty too.

Cold Brew was genuinely undrinkable

What a great little store that has a bit of everything. I saw this from Bus #2 when we were going down the street and made a mental note to jump off the bus and check it out. I was just browsing the store. They have everything from souvenirs, beers, wine, fresh groceries, candy, and more. I saw a deli in the back. I grabbed some Boar's cheddar head cheese. I was going to make sandwiches for the airplane. The cheese was very expensive at $9 for 8 slices, but we are in Hawaii and Boar's Head is located in New York, so I get the high prices, plus this is located in the Waikiki area. Cleanliness: Very clean and nice bright lighting. Service: The ladies are the front checkout were very nice and friendly
