I have fond memories of JITB from when I lived in Texas years ago. Hawaii having the chain present was a big surprise so I had to go. Breakfast was very good and on point. I don't ever remember having a better fast food experience for breakfast. I would say they even beat IHOP. The issue (as is always) was going back for dinner, thinking the standard would be the same. We visited the same location and I kind of knew right away it wasn't going to be correct. The gentleman seemed overwhelmed, though no one was in the drive-thru. I ordered well in advance over the app and he still didn't seem to have things together. He tried handing me a root beer and I nicely said that I didn't order a root beer. He then proceeded to hand me two bags of food and we drove off to the hotel. I broke my own rule of not leaving the place until I check everything in the bag like a Karen. Got the food back and of course, nothing was right. Sandwiches that were not fresh and those that were supposed to be plain were loaded with stuff. Those that were supposed to have stuff were plain. I spent over a half an hour ordering on the app to make sure they had time to get it right and everything in writing. It was a bad way to end my Hawaii and Jack in the Box experience forever. Fond memories erased. LOL. Coollest thing about the place is the homeless dude shadow-boxing like the round aboudu end.

Just horrible. The guy who was working at the Drive-Thru last night 04/07/24 please do better and learn how to repeat the order back to us when we ask. Instead of telling me how much everything was. You didn't get our complete order which was 2 number 13th, both medium, and a coke. You charged me twice and the receipt you gave us the ink was barely on the paper so I don't even know if the price was correct or not! Smfh!!!! We will never return to this location!! Just horrible service and workers! Management please train your workers better and have them pay attention to customer service. Thanks!

Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake! For milkshakes with cookies or other additions, they should use a bigger straw. Milkshake was difficult to drink with the straw provided.Parking: Typical fast food parking lot. This location is mostly drive-thru. I walked to the store and was the only customer in the lobby.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair user can easily navigate the parking lot to the store. There is a menu posted on the counter that I find useful, I broke my glasses. Counter height is wheelchair accessible.

I use ths Jack in the Box for drive thru occasionally when going to work or getting on the highway. I always tell the cashier that this is the best one in town. I find the staff very friendly and quick at preparing my order. I thank the owner for training a great staff.
